This was a great mountainside place to stay where you don't have to worry about finding or getting to. Easily car accessible. It was a very well-kept cabin with plenty of space for the number of people that could stay. Additionally, it was nice to have a pool table, foosball table, and little arcade machine to just hang out around the cabin. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for a weekend with some friends and our teenage son. Everything was perfect from the location, the scenery, the cabin being stocked with items we may need, and communication with the host was always just a click away! We definitely plan to book again for a relaxing getaway! Thanks for an amazing anniversary trip!

This home is just fabulous, beautiful, very clean and in a great location. There is everything inside you can possible need and more.

The cabin was nice especially the porch for sitting outside. I had a couple of issues with cleanliness of cabin but nothing terrible, also a couple lights were burned out in the bedroom where I tried to read at night. We did not contact the owner for the issues as they were not big annoyances. When the address of the cabin was sent I did not receive the code to get into the house or get a key so I had to contact the owner again and they sent the code right away. We did not see any elk near the cabin while there, but they are building some new places when you first come in and that may have been keeping them away. It’s a beautiful area.

It was wonderful, love the views and is a lovely home but the house Cleaning need someone attention thanks for letting us stay in you home.

This cabin was great for our family. The four boys loved the game room and stayed occupied playing pool and foosball for hours! We unfortunately didn't see any elk during our brief stay, but the neighborhood was lovely, and the cows were regular visitors to the field behind the cabin. With mountains all around, the setting was so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean, and check-in/check-out was super easy. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed the Beautiful Mountain View, hot tub, and pool table. Close to Cataloochee skiing and tubing. This is a fantastic house!

This cabin is super clean and exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room to relax and every detail was too notch! The Elk that just wander around free were such a treat!

Great experience

Well what can you say when someone can actually read your mind? This beautiful home checked all of the boxes for us, and we have been traveling to, and staying in Maggie Valley for over 20 years. Not only was it beautifully appointed, but it was stocked with every necessity you can imagine. From the very basics, which were top quality, to batteries, lighters, fire-starters and coffee pods and creamers to get you started on your first couple of days. This was a 5 star experience for sure. Enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking a creek where neighboring cows come to graze and drink daily, and if that doesn’t get you, enjoy coming back from dinner and witnessing a family of elk walk casually through the neighborhood. We saw red foxes, hawks and more as we celebrated the magic of the mountains. I don’t think we will be looking for any other accommodations for our future Maggie Valley sojourns. Thanks to the owners for their impeccable attention to detail!

This property was absolutely gorgeous!! Very well decorated, very clean and FULLY furnished. The beds are by far the best! Host was wonderful and very helpful. 10 out of 10! If you haven't stayed here, you are missing out!!

This was the first time I used VRBO. The beginning and communication of the owners/host was great. They were very responsive and helpful. The house was amazing, modernized and great location. We got to see Elk, talk to friendly neighbors and over all the location to the city was great. Marek (the host) was on point. He greeted us day one, to just making the experience simple and painless as possible. Back to the house, it was clean, organized, spacious. Gorgeous newer log cabin with phenomenal, panoramic views from virtually every window! With upscale, tasteful decor throughout 😍! Clean, comfortable and spacious with three levels! Hot tub looking out at lovely fields and small babbling stream. A few nice cows 🐄 come up to graze at dusk as well as the majestic elk EVERY EVENING!!!!! The cabin is located in the gorgeous and very picturesque neighborhood of Crocket's Meadow in Maggie Valley ❤️. Best yet, the cabin is DOG FRIENDLY 🐕!!!! You can't go wrong with this lovely rental!

We love to travel, but too often our lofty expectations cannot be met when it comes to accommodations - however in this case they were exceeded! The home is beautiful, clean and couldn’t be more perfectly situated in pristine Crockett’s Meadow. Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this lovely cabin had everything that we needed and then some. We enjoyed incredible mountain and meadow views from every window, and really got a lot of time in on the spacious covered porch. The porch was where we started each morning with coffee, spent most of the day and of course capped off the evenings with a fire in the outdoor fireplace. Loved the peaceful sound of the creek running along the back as well. The internet was blazing fast and didn’t skip a beat with the adults working during the days and the kids streaming entertainment and games. Speaking of games - the pool table, foosball and video games were a really nice touch. Each room had a smart tv, so there were plenty of options for everyone. So glad that we found this gem and I cannot wait to come back. This will no doubt be our “go to” cabin for all Maggie Valley trips in the future. I hope that others love this home as much as we did and treat it with the respect. Thank you to Marek and family for sharing this little slice of Heaven with all of us!

We stayed 9 days at Honeybear cabin ("Marek's") lovely cabin in Maggie Valley and wish we could have stayed another 2 weeks. We loved every minute. The cabin was perfect; Super clean and well equipped with everything you need. The décor and furnishings are gorgeous and so comfortable. When it rained we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, hot tub & foosball table. Having a smart TV in every room was AWESOME! Best part was the amazing view from the deck. The cabin was also equipped with high speed internet (500 mbps; I worked a few hours every day via Zoom videos while our kids played on their devices. No connection issues at all!!! We grilled out every night on the deck overlooking mountains and wildlife. Very quiet neighborhood in the most perfect location. The hosts were amazing and very responsive and I would highly recommend them again. We will be staying at this cabin again when we visit Maggie Valley next year.
