What an awesome experience. Kevin was a great host. We had a glitch or two but nothing to derail our time in North Charleston. The location was perfect for us because we needed to be at the Performing Arts Center everyday. My only disappointment was the lack of quality grocery stores and businesses in the immediate area. But overall the house accommodations were top tier.

Graduated from college in Virginia and the family decided to go to Charleston to celebrate afterwards. The location of the house was perfect to get to downtown and to the beach. We had a wonderful time and was able to spend time with our extened family that lives in South Carolina. It was awesome to be able to all stay in the same place and have time to enjoy being together.

The property is conveniently located for easy access to many places in and around Charleston. The house was spotless and large enough for a several folks to stay in. We had 5 adults staying there (2 couples and 1 single), and it was plenty of space. Great kitchen. Amazing mattresses on the beds!! Ken was awesome about communication and was very kind and accommodating to me and my family. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house is spacious and quiet, in a nice neighborhood with streets lined with live oak trees.
It’s close to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Island where the Charleston tennis open takes place.

The house was very clean and neatly decorated. We enjoyed our stay. We were surprised to find that the third bathroom required a walk across the concrete floor of the sun room and was not near any bedroom. The neighborhood was older but very quiet. Overall, I would recommend a stay here.

My family had the opportunity to stay in this immaculate little gem! It’s in the perfect location to visit Charleston Old Town, Folly Beach and anywhere else you’d want to visit in this area. We were visiting my son who is stationed in Goose Creek. There were four of us and the accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. Ken was very detailed about how to access the property. Check in could not have been any similar. We will stay here again!

We got this house because it was close proximity to other family that live in the area and it worked out perfectly. The house is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Only thing I would say that we didn’t like was the fact we couldn’t turn the AC down to what we would have preferred. It got rather warm inside during the day. It was stupid hot out the weekend we were there as well.

Excellent location house very clean minor issues being 2 bedside lights not working and an additional sofa or seating in the living room for parties of 6 adults. Additional trays for cooking would also assist but these are just minor points, the house was excellent and well worth the visit

Great house close to everything!
My son needed surgery at MUSC Children’s Hospital, and this house was super close. We booked for a couple of days before the surgery so we could enjoy Charleston beforehand. The house was close to everything downtown. The host, Kha, was extremely responsive to any questions and showed sincere concern for our comfort while staying, as well as my son’s health. The house had all the essentials regarding toiletries, etc. We will certainly stay again when we return to Charleston! Great house, great neighborhood, great host!
