More sound insulation between rooms. It wasn’t an issue per se but something that can potentially be better.

I was here last year and I enjoyed it and good value for your money and the staff was good, clean and it was handy just off Hadrian Wall path and I would come back again
none I could not flaut it I could not last year I have told my walking friends about staying here and it's all good I want to say a thank you.

Great room. Mine had tea and coffee facilities, dressing gown, hairdryer. Little extras like sweeties and a goodie bag made it special. Staff great and very helpful. Comfy bed. Definitely recommend.

The room was beautifully decorated, very clean. The extra touches such as chocolate eggs, chocolate drink with white and pink sweets, lovely bathrobes was very much appreciated. The location was near the theatre, therefore not long to walk to or from. The owner of the establishment was very friendly.

It was most welcoming and very comfortable. I thought that the bed, linen and pillow were outstandingly and I got a very good night’s sleep. My room was on the front of the building on a busy road but the sound-proofing was very effective indeed. I was tired and so didn’t have breakfast. I’ll certainly stay again. Llongyfarchiadau Cartref!

Lovely rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Nice additional touches such as a goody bag of toiletries and sweets.
Melanie gave us a very friendly welcome.
Such a nice B&B which I would highly recommend
Everything was great ! There was a lot of traffic noise in the morning as we were in a room at the front but there were earplugs provided which was a nice thoughtful touch

Another wonderful stay at this excellent guest house. the host is friendly, welcoming and rooms are well appointed. The morning breakfast is plentiful with good choice and all quality ingredients.

Everything. I've stayed here before, it's like a home from home. Melanie puts so much care and attention into the presentation of your room with her personal touches. I can fully recommend the breakfast as well. I've stayed in 5* hotels that weren't up to this standard.
There is nothing to dislike about the place.
