It was a short 3 days trip but enjoyed it much, the hotel rooms very clean and comfortable and enjoyed the pool and the beach

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FRONT DESK MANAGER. I would NOT recommend this hotel for those seeking a positive experience in Cancun. The facility is nice BUT the staff — in particular the front desk manager — do not have ethics. Hotels.com offers a deal for breakfast and the hotel disputes it?! Do NOT select any options in the apps for meals or any add-ons. You are getting conned/scammed. If you like the hotel and want to stay, just get your room and that is all. Do NOT trust add-on offers for meals, etc. offered up in the apps. You will likely just end up losing that money due to the hotel’s unethical practices. Just get your room from the apps and pay for other things on-site.

We enjoy going to this hotel every time.
It is close to bus stop which takes us pretty much anywhere we want to go in Cancun.
One of our favorite seafood restaurants is at walking distance.
We have stayed here before and after renovations.

The resort was nice however the water in the shower gets cold then hot then cold again. It doesn’t stay one temperature & our room, even though the thermostat read 22, it felt humid all night so we felt sticky while we slept. Didn’t care for that. We enjoyed the burger & Buffalo chicken sandwich from the sports bar!

Nice hotel for a couple of days by the beach. Food options a little limited. Lots of loungers and beach access. Some areas of hotel a little more run down than others.

This was the 4th time staying here at the Westin. Amazing views and beach doesnt have much seaweed at all. However the rooms do need updating. Huge rooms. Great service btw.

The hotel is well located and a great deal for others around at Zona Hotelera. The beach front and pool areas are great. However the bathrooms on the rooms need a remodel and removal of the useless bath for making room to a useful shower, the material on the bathroom have already see better days. The daily housekeeping was always way to late at around 5pm they need more personal and better schedules. Other than that, was a good stay there.

Only stayed for one night. Good for a budget stay in Cancun. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was small and limited in options. The beach is small but pretty. Keep in mind that check in is at 4pm, and check out is 10am.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and dripping water.
The room smelled of latex paint and we had to change rooms and hotels the next day.

Property was nice but a bit outdated. Restaurant was great. Staff are all friendly, except for maybe 1 waiter and 1 maintenance. No nightly entertainment. Spa is expensive. Property is on the end of the island that is far from all the fun. It’s on the beach so that’s hard to beat, and the water was beautiful, made up for all the seaweed on the white sand beach

The conditions of the hotel are ok. The service in general was good. The only detail that we did not like is that the check in was too long, more than 20 minutes.

We loved how close to the beach it was. Great selection of pools. Staff super friendly. We participated in some of the daily activities that they offered-making bracelets and playing beach soccer. The restaurants had good food. It is far away from popular places on the strip, but bus stop is close by.

The property is beautiful but very far from the main areas of la zona hotelera. The bed was hard and rocked back and forth. There's only two restaurants and only one of them has bfast which is way over priced and closed at 11am. The service is pretty good.

Great beach location, public transportation going towards the main road to downtown via the airport could be very useful as taxis are very expensive since we are at the most southern point of the Zona Hotelera. The public buses are great transportation but the traffic could be very bad. Going from our hotel to downtown Cancun.

Great resort stay. Everything one needs for a relaxing escape. Easy beach and pool access. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and waiters who will bring you drinks as you rest in the sun.
