Bathroom door stuck, Hard to turn on the water in the bathtub . Toilet was low to the ground.

Clean room, free breakfast daily. Ground floor, hotel is close to grocery store, and many restaurants. Excellent Chinese resturant here Lotus Garden. Big portions.

I asked to check in early (1:30 rather than 3:00) & was told I could not. That was fine but then I asked if I could use the restroom. I was told “no”, we don’t have a public restroom. I was shocked as they offer a continental breakfast right there in the lobby. I said, “you don’t have a restroom for guests that come for breakfast?”. “No”. Not a sorry or anything, just no. We left & later checked in. The room was pretty clean but very run down & old. Coffee is beyond sub par but that in the lobby was really good. I went to fill the ice bucket & the machine was off. When I asked about it at the front desk I was told that it had been doing that. The gentleman was very nice & apologetic. Some painting & other repairs were going on at the hotel. That was fine but the workers had music blaring & hollering back & forth. I understand they need to start early but this extra noise at 8:00 am was a bit much. .

It is nicely located and very convenient.

This property seems to be in decline. It's not terrible, but rooms don't smell fresh. AC is marginal. Breakfast is free, but very limited in choices and not especially tasty--kind of a generic scrambled eggs, greasy undrained bacon, and cereal approach. We've been there twice in the past month. Will stay somewhere else next time.

the room was comfortable, but very very outdated. for the price, I could have stayed somewhere that was much nicer.

The beds were very uncomfortable, my daughter and I both woke with backaches. There are areas like bathroom doors that need repainting. Lamp shade had many dents in it, which is minor but affects the overall look of the room. The breakfast room was okay and served a decent breakfast. The staff were friendly. Cleaning person knocked on our door at 8:30, which was a little early, we had just got up.

Great front office staff. Breakfast free and provided choices. Great location and price. Hotel room is older and shower is small but great water pressure and temperature. Bed was comfortable, nice size room.

The handicap accessible bathroom was very nice.

When I first arrived, at 1:45 in the afternoon, the front desk guy said as minimal words to me as possible. Not friendly at all. The room is extremely outdated and is more on the lines of a motel 6. we were very disappointed. To start off, The bedding, comforter and blankets felts disgusting and old. Just a very old yucky feeling. Then the bathroom got absolutely disgusting. When we arrived we were one of the only cars in the parking lot. By early evening, the smell coming up through the drains was so gross. WE had to keep bathroom fan and door closed to try to keep the smell out. We were so disgusted that we left after the first night. We did not stay for night 2, as we were just disgusted by this room. The food topped it off. The eggs were about the most powdery disgusting eggs we've had We will not stay at this hotel ever. It needs updated desperately.

The staff was great and very helpful, the rooms were clean but aging. It was priced on the higher end of what the other comparable hotels in that area were priced and I’m not sure it was worth it. Breakfast could have been better.

Great place to stay! Breakfast was excellent - Bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes... Staff was super polite and the beds were comfortable!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They bake fresh cookies in the evening for your enjoyment, had hot coca and coffee and breakfast each morning.

The stay was amazing, extremely accommodating in every way.
