This was a booking for a couple family members for the NASCAR weekend and by all accounts it was a very good hotel. They reported that the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was very good.

I wish we knew that the lobby was undergoing renovations! Was not available to use and paint fumes were noxious! We would have chosen another property for our stay if made aware of the facts before booking.

I got assigned a room at the end of the hall, next to the stairs. The room looked dirty like it was used and the door looked damaged as if someone had obviously tried to pretty it open. I did not feel safe, so I asked for a new room, which was much better - I felt safe and it was much cleaner. Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly.

The rooms were great, clean, and comfortable but check in left a lot to be desired. We had to wait over an hour past an already late check in time of 4pm because they had no rooms cleaned and ready.

Check-in at 4:00 was already too late, but our room was not ready even at 4:00.
The building was evacuated by a false fire alarm at 6:45am the next morning.

I stayed at this location as a stopover for a longer trip. It was super easy to get to as well as to get back onto the interstate from. The front desk staff were really nice, room was huge and clean, and the snack and water were a really nice touch. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just down the road from the mall, which made everything convenient. My kids loved the pool, and the front desk staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family.

The wait was extremely horrible we had to wait four hours to get a room that had mold in the shower..we were guven a very good cookie and a complementary breakfast that was not good at all..boxed eggs potatoes that looked like they were cooked the day before.. The staff where very nice especially at the front desk. After waiting gor hiurs to get checked in the hotel staff awoke us eatly by attempting to enter our room for cleaning prior to checkout time. Im suprised for this to be a Hilton hotel the quality was not good at all

The stay was good. Housekeeping was very helpful. Unfortunately, the elevators kept having issues and the hotel had 12 floors.

The staff was nice, there were some things that were missed (No offering of cookies, no info on hotel amenities and how they could be accessed. The rooms were nice and so was the pool.

When we arrived we asked for extra towels and pillow as our sons were going with us. I had to call twice to remind them. Upon entering the room, we noticed the toilet was plugged up. We called, three times, each time they said they were sending someone. They never did.

I really loved the bottle water and cookie at check-in. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that was offered. I thought it was strange that they have two elevators and the I had to search for the bar. I didn’t care for the pool being inside but I bet it’s great for the winter. I also missed there being a fridge and microwave to store and heat up my food. Overall it was okay.

Arrived around 11 pm for check in. Front door had access control. Front desk attendant was not very pleasant in greeting via intercom (not unprofessional be definitely not welcoming). Once allowed entry, check in was very mechanical and transactional, again not unprofessional but just going through the motions. Upon exiting the elevator on 10th floor, there was a strong cigarette smell. The room was clean and comfortable. Check out the next morning was a similar experience.

The front desk and restaurant staff had the worst customer service skills, especially Christen. This was not my first time staying at Doubletree but it’s sure my last time staying at Doubletree. I would not recommend it.
