Kevin at the front desk was awesome. Condition of hotel is not as pictured but was sufficient for 2 night business trip. Lots of parking but spaces are small (compact size). More parking around the back but did not notice a rear entrance to the property. I had a room on the 6th floor facing the highway which was pretty noisy. Did not eat at hotel restaurant.

The noise from the adjacent Highway is horrible and desperately loud, and I even suspect the room has no noise-isolation measure. When a truck passed by, the entire room was shaking.... My wife and I only slept a couple of hours during our stay, she kept blaming me the entire day for booking this horrible hotel.....In addition, compared with the noise, the clogged sink in the restroom seems not that significant.

Overall it’s a nice hotel to stay for a weekend. However there were some small instances that were a bit inconvenient. The shower didn’t drain well and the shower head was a bit wonky with the pressure. Also we were trying to get extra towels but the front desk never answered. Kind of upset breakfast wasn’t complimentary either. You have to pay to use the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel room. Tyler from the front desk checked in on me during my stay which was really nice. No free breakfast was the only downfall. I was never offered a cookie during check in. The room has everything you need with a little refrigerator. A couple questionable people outside around the area, which is pretty typical for a city. Lots of parking.

My stay was very comfortable, just as a suggestion, add light where the mirrors are, is hard see more for a women applying makeup, the room even though it has several lamps is still dark.

We ended up in a room with a broken AC unit, so we had to switch rooms half way through our stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during the transition and the maintenance man was awesome! The area around the hotel is not the nicest, but not the worst. It was a convenient drive to the airport and some cool spots in Aurora!

Reception was super kind and hospitable and the cookies were delicious. The cleanliness of the room wasn't ideal and the 5th floor had an unpleasant smell. The hot tub was over chlorinated and lukewarm.

The reception staff were patronizing and frankly rude, except for one kind soul. Sadly I didn't get his name, but he was kind enough to point me towards a restroom which was more private so that I could change and freshen up for a conference in another hotel, as my room wasn't ready yet. Elliott, the shuttle driver was great, but the three other people on reception duty were condescending and unpleasant. I will not be staying at a DoubleTree again, if this is indicative of their corporate culture.

Our room was on the side of the highway and you could hear the cars all night.
At a little before 11, someone decided to pull the fire alarm and we stayed outside around 40 minutes. We were in the pool and jacuzzi just before so we were waiting for the all clear soaking wet and freezing. I know it wasn't the staffs fault but that was our experience.

The staff at this property were wonderful, from the reception to the dining room. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. A shout out to Jamal in the restaurant! I would stay there again :)

The rooms are comfortable. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating. The common area in the first floor always has something going on. It feels sociable and warm.

Our first room had the smell of an ash tray and guest service did switch us room but turned around and sign the same room to different guest without fixing or addressing the rooms smell.
Also the ice machine on the sixth floor needs to serviced and clean for MOLD. The ice dispenser had mold covering and so I can only imagine what the inside looked like it.

Overall, the property is very nice. The room was a great size and it was clean. The bed was so comfortable. What is preventing me from giving this location 5 stars is that when using the shower, the ceiling in the shower was flaking off into the shower due to the steam. There was no fan in the bathroom and no type of ventilation as there was no window.

It is a nice place, clean, my issue was food service after 7 pm was terrible in the bar, no to slow service, had to ask for water refill twice, then had to go to bar myself to fill after wife went up and was told he would bring us water, plus sweating at the bar with what appeared to be regular customers.
Will look elsewhere next trip to the Denver are.

I really enjoyed my stay, but the customer service I received made it even better. Upon arrival, I was had a brief wait, and was promptly checked into my room. Upon finding that I didn't have a bathtub, I called the front desk and was moved into a queen double, because those were the only rooms that have tubs, the king rooms only have walk in showers. At 10:00pm, my neighbors decided to begin a loud party. I recorded the noise and went to inform the front desk. I was moved into another king room, and I was so happy about being accomodated not once, but twice by the staff to ensure I had a great stay.

Staff was great and rooms were clean. Air conditioning unit was very loud, and the walls are very thin so it seemed like you could hear everything going on in the hotel. Worked perfectly though for a one night stay with easy airport shuttle to the airport!

The attached restaurant was surprisingly good. The gym is nice. The staff was friendly. As for the facility itself, it was in need of some updating and deep cleaning. The shower wouldn’t drain and when I went to check, there was a MASSIVE amount of hair and gunk clogging the drain. It was FOUL. I spent more on this hotel than some of the other less expensive chains. The least I would expect is the rooms to be cleaner than them. Otherwise, it looked like the surfaces were touched, but this definitely didn’t make up for it. I can’t imagine that the housekeeping staff wouldn’t have noticed when they washed the shower, unless the wiped down instead actually cleaning it. We would have changed rooms, but we were too tired to go through the hassle and I was already grossed out.
