My fiancé recently opened a business in Palm Beach area and i went med to explore the hotels. I said this was in Palm Beach reasonably priced at $405 per night and we went to dinner at Buccan which i did enjoy. After dinner we headed to the hotel for our stay and before booking we said let’s just do 1 night to see if the hotel was worth it or go back to another one we were staying at in West Palm. So let’s say … 1. Arriving at 11:15pm no valet… understandable it’s late 2. before getting to our room he said let me know if the room is clean or if you want me to change it. I said why would your book me a bad room? I would change it now .. he said no it’s open so it’s clean just making sure. I said ok 3. Get to the room it’s smells me thinking maybe they just put the AC on. 4. I always book a room with a balcony. nope no balcony. I called 2x at the front desk no response so i went downstairs 5. I told him i booked a room with a balcony he argued and said no i didn’t. Then i showed him my reservation and he said oh we don’t have room with pool view with balcony. I said well i paid extra for it. can you get me a room with a balcony 5. Gives me a room with side ocean view with balcony and says it’s a favor for you i won’t charge you the extra. I said what extra i paid for a balcony and I’m just sleeping - I’m only enjoying 3 hours as check out is at 11am. (Horrible) 6. I slept - came in the morning and walk around the area around 8am. Went to the gym the elliptical didn’t work.

Had a great birthday get away!

I remember coming here a few years ago and thinking how great this place is. Fast forward to today, it is a completely different hotel. Basically lipstick on a pig. We had issues the moment we checked in. As we walked into the hotel the air was very thick and humid. Turns out they were having AC issues because of some “renovations”. The person at the front desk took my CC for incidentals and had to cancel everything because he accidentally put in HIS name into my reservation. He told me to come back in the morning to take care of it with his manager. So he gave us the keys and when we walked into our room, we immediately noticed the AC leaking water. There were dust bunnies and stains on the ground, and stains in the bathroom wall. I’m skeptical at this point and pulled back the sheets. More dust bunnies. I walked downstairs to let the front desk guy what we experienced. He said he would check if another room was available and he would personally go into the room to check it out. He checked out THREE ROOMS before he found a suitable one. At this point it’s getting close to midnight and we were so tired after delayed flights that we just wanted to lay down. This room was decent enough so we stayed. But the following day when I walked into the shower THERE WAS A FREAKING ROACH!!! Pool and area were also dirty, towels and trash everywhere. No one was manning the area. Plus we spoke with other guests and they told us that their rooms were also dirty. They moved 3 times.

Tidelines is beautiful. Pool and beach are great. Room was spacious and well appointed. Close by to golf course other restaurants and is walkable to other nearby properties. Ocean view is breathtaking. Staff seemed very busy when I arrived. Seemed a little understaffed at the time; however after I left the property and I had an issue with leaving something behind, they went above and beyond to ensure that it was shipped to me at home. Would definitely stay again.

I have been touring the state of Florida for 15 days with my family (wife and 7-month-old daughter) and I wanted to end with a pleasant stay in Miami, where some friends recommended this place to me. The reason for my email is to express my disagreement with the Hotel for the service provided today on the morning of May 27. I extended my stay for 2 more nights with the idea also of changing to a new room with an ocean view. I went down to talk to the lady at the reception to tell her that today I had to change rooms because I extended my stay for 2 nights and she told me not to worry that I should wait in my room to make the change. I waited until 3:00 p.m. in the morning and no one came to change the room. I also made a complaint because the coffee machine was not working and he told me again not to worry that someone would come to change the coffee machine. I went down again to say that no one came to change my machine, that they have not changed my room and it was no longer pleasant for me or my family. He assigned me room 506, and told me to wait in the room again and that someone would come again to help me with my bags. Again, no one arrived, I made the change myself and went to verify that it was the room corresponding to what I had already paid. I arrived at room 506 and it was not what I had paid for, and I had already told the lady that it was with Balcony, King Size, with Ocean View. I came down very upset and told him that the room did not have the characte

This is a beautiful property right on the beach, next to the Four Seasons. Our balcony had an ocean view. The room was recently renovated, and very comfortable. The front desk and restaurant service was excellent. Walking distance to Benny’s on the Beach, a must restaurant. I don’t know why they have a valet, the parking lot is close and free, and the valets didn’t look up from their phones. No ice machines, and they couldn’t fulfill my request for extra pillows. But still an exceptional value for the area.

The air conditioning unit doesn't work; it just makes extremely loud screeching noises, as if the compressor has burnt out. It is keeping me awake all night long.

Pictures online don’t match hotel. Do not stay here. The decor is terrible and they claim to have just had a renovation. Bugs in room, no hot water, unfriendly staff, murky water in outdoor areas in front of hotel.

This hotel has so much potential - it has a great ocean front patio, beach access and a nice pool. It needs new management, as the service was AWFUL. The AC unit and coffee machine were broken in our first room, and the courtesy water bottles had dirty hand prints on them. We let the front desk know about the AC and asked if we could get some coffee while we waited for the machines to be swapped. She directed us to the bar but said that we'd have to pay. The gentleman who came up to swap out our coffee machine, was apologetic when the second machine also didn't work and offered us some coffee from the bar and we appreciated this. When we arrived back to the hotel, there was no effort to have a new room ready for us until we inquired about that status of our AC which was confirmed broken by maintenance. When our room was finally ready, there was no apology for the inconvenience. In the new room, the ice tongs were used/dirty. This room didn't have cable television and when we opened the internet we got a lovely view of a lady spread eagle on the TV screen from a prior guests search history. It was almost comical that when we checked out and shared this feedback, one staff member said "Thank goodness this is my next to last night." And the trainee, referred us to a hotel down the street for future stays that is "actually a luxury hotel". Its beach front so that was nice, but not a luxury hotel.

The outside didn’t look like the picture online. We had hair on our bed sheets! The staff didn’t speak, they put their head down when we walked past them!

Well located beautiful time

Very beautiful and clean resort. We had issues on first night with no a/c. Our thermostat was locked. Reported to front desk but they were a no show. I reported it again the next morning. Maintenance said they would look at it. When we arrived back at room it was working with no communication or anything for the night without air. On Saturday morning housekeeping was banging on our door at 8:15 wanting to clean our room. We were still sleeping. When we returned to our room at 4:00 it wasn’t serviced. Husband called for towels and toiletries. They were brought to room. At 5:00 pm about an hour later, we both had showered and relaxing in the nude on our bed. Housekeeping knocks three times. My husband rushes to door but before he can get there they have opened the door and started into our room. Completely caught off guard and embarrassed. There were resort fees added each day to a already very steep bill for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk out onto the beach and get service out there was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and nice. We can’t wait to go back!

This property was clean, the staff was amazing, and the foods was delicious. The only thin i can say i would have changed was the did t have a full length mirror. Excellent choice to stay in.

Dinning on property was decent but not worth the price $

The hotel was very clean and every staff member was pleasant and attentive. Very convenient being right on the beach and the outdoor restaurant was fabulous. The only thing we didn’t like was that there were very few lights in the room and no overhead at all, and no luggage racks in the room so nowhere to put your suitcase unless you put it on the counter. But otherwise very nice hotel and parking right outside the hotel was nice.

The hotel has been renovated and is beautiful. It still feels cold when you walk in because there is not a lot of traffic and there is no room service.

This has the potential to be a very lovely place to stay, HOWEVER, this newly renovated hotel has MANY quirks to fix. There was NO air-conditioning in the room and NO hot water. Also, there were wonky plugs in the room and some safety hazards. My daughter was almost badly injured by a safety lock on the door that stuck out at eye height as you entered the room. When I brought these to the attention to the desk, they continued to put me off. The manager when I finally spoke to him was condescending and not trustworthy with what he promised to do about the situation. There were many many people complaining about similar issues at the hotel. One family booked a room with 2 queens and were given a king with a cot. The staff was pleasant, but most likely being paid to put people off. They said someone would get back to see soon when I spoke to them, but no one did. I had to stand at the desk and insist to speak to a manager who took along time coming. By the end of the visit, he became rather threatening. I am a flexible person and am not one to usually complain, and I certainly wasn't the only one there with these issues, but I was treated as if I was being ridiculous. As we waited in the lobby, a maintenance man was sent to fix the AC in someone's room. The couple were told a few minutes later and sent to the room and we heard the maintenance man say, "Yeah, that did nothing," when he came back to the desk. The hotel is nicely decorated and in a lovely spot so there is potential

Loved everything about this laid back beach hotel. Great location, beach front, beach front restaurant and rooms! I will be back again.

I do not appreciate the resort fee that I was charged for the pool and beach when I was there on business and did not use any of the amenities. I also did not see this additional fee on the hotels.com website .. I won’t use hotel.com if there will be these hidden fees ..
