This property is one that needs improvement. It is not suggested if you are traveling with a large family in a large suv and it will scrape the top of your car when you park. Hallways smell and rooms air blow out like it is a swamp cooler. We also had a cockroach in the kitchen. Beware

Everything was great, staff was so helpful

Front desk was not friendly when we arrived and was not informative at all!

To our surprise, when we arrived there was no electricity or AC available in the room. It was out for about 3 hours the first day, and 3-4 hours the second day from 8am-12:30pm. The AC was also off the final day we checked out, so each day there was an outage of some sorts (total of 3 nights stay). The elevators were also down periodically, so once we had to wait 10 minutes for an elevator. There was NO notice in advance for this and no form of compensation, they only told us when we arrived to check in. The room itself was set up as expected, however, we found some garbage scraps on one of the nightstands beside the bed, and one of the drawers was unable to be closed and was taking up space in the room. The conditioner and body wash were both empty upon arrival. There were also many stains on the fridge and the fridge itself was very sticky and difficult to open. In general the room itself was also very dusty, and never once cleaned or housekept. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days here. One positive I will give is the view was quite nice from the balcony.

Like this hotel, we were there twice and would stop again. Think it is the best option of you need normal kitchen.

Great location. Good size room. Nice pool and barbecue grills. New gym equipment and having a full kitchen in the room is a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Easy access to Waikīkī and restaurants.

Would not recommend this property to anyone. Very outdated, reoccurring hotel power outages, was not clean, parking lot was a bit sketchy. Once I checked I checked out within 30-45 minutes.
