Needs extermination for spiders and bugs and new carpets. Beyond cleaning. While the owner drives a Maybach that he parks out front while traveling. Photo of bugs collected in Room 441.

We had a nice stay. Very clean. The staff was so nice and offered discount due to breakfast issue beyond control. I would stay here agsint

Convenient to get to the Colts game but far enough away that the price was reasonable. Waffle House nearby was great for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great for a good shower. Some water damage on the bathroom door and the room smelled a bit musty when we got in. Windows didn’t open so we couldn’t air it out.

Great hotel to stay at if ur catching a early flight the next day or just a drive through. Nice lillte bar with food n friendly people. We have stayed at a couple other hotels around there n we like this 1 the best, less then 10 minutes from airport

Friendly check in and great dinner onsite. SO convenient to Indy airport. Free shuttle available, which was great.

The front desk customer service was excellent. The room was clean and very nice and also spacious.

Good stay. Unable to keep AC on constantly. It cycles to keep room at 68 then shuts off.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us because we were attending a convention next door. The hotel was very understaffed though considering it was completely booked. The actual hotel could use some maintenance. Only one elevator was working. Carpets were stained. And our hotel door didn’t shut when it closed. (It kind a say ajar. You had to pull it to close. We accidentally left it ajar for several hours while at the convention! Luckily no one entered our room!)

Very convenient location for catching a flight the next morning. Room was super spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable.

AC was not at all working. Room was super hot. We checked in late after long drive and did not had energy to ask for room change. We hardly got any sleep though and was the whole purpose of booking hotel as it was stop over.

The food was amazing as well as friendly staff I always stay here when traveling

We ordered breakfast from the menu. The food came slowly and the order was not correct. The desk clerk was helping wait tables. I suspect the hotel was under staffed. The room had a lingering sent of cigarette smoke.
The staff present were friendly and helpful. There just needed to be more of them.

We stayed for one night, and the property was very clean, and easy to get in and out of. The management was nice enough, and it got the job done for a quick overnight stay.

Our only issue was the girl who checked us in was very indifferent. No smile and answered our questions very sharply! The girl later at night was very nice and accommodating and offered us a bottle of water. Bartender was very friendly.

We were part of the national tech crash on Friday. Our Delta flight did not go out. We called Orbitz immediately canceled this hotel. The cancellation was before the 48 hour window. The hotel would not let us cancel. Orbitz has not taken care of it.

It was very noisy out my window. Every time the air conditioner shut off you could hear people laughing and carrying on outside. This happened throughout the night.

The overall ranking would have been a 5 star also had the tv not been going in and out like the cable or whatever service they have was having issues, in a 4 day stay nice to use the tv once in awhile and it was like that all 4 days.
