We stayed at 2 bed rooms suite, it was quite spacious for 4-6 people.
But we heard some hotel guests were bothered by some outsiders, perhaps the hotel should install security gates and fences around the property.
And the breakfast hours could be a little longer.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Didn't feel very safe in building all the way in back. Didn't see security cameras in buildings or elevator. The buildings are motel, all outside.

It is a great place to stay; will stay here each visit. A great place for a family of 4(1bd rm), near a lot of great restaurants and Krispy Kreme’s.

There were dirty mugs with coffee stains, towels with yellow stains, a pair of socks in between the bed and the night stand plus a huge chunk of hair on one of the towels. I liked the area and good basic breakfast though

Is a ok place, we just have a bad experience, room was just not clean, hair all over and shower was creepy, but the really bad experience is that fire alarm lights just go off at 1:00 am for not reason and was a terrible experience, a lease they give us the parking for free for that bad experience, small full kitchen for family but personal I think is a little expensive for the condition of the place.

Enjoyed the rooms which offered a little bit of everything such as a kitchenette. Close to stores and restaurants. Best of all out check in was with a great staff member named Benjie. He set the tone for a great and fun trip.

What an amazing place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was one of the best I have stayed in for a long time. Walking distance from food and drink. Highly recommended

The sheets on both beds were dirty, the shower was dirty, and the carpet was old and worn out. The pool did not look clean. I do not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed having a full kitchen and separate bedroom for privacy. Kitchen was missing items like plates and cups. Carpet needs to be cleaned, exterior of building was dirty and needed power washing. Tub drain was clogged.

Very next tow route 15, lot of shopping and draining options. Breakfast is typicall continental, nothing fancy..allowed early checked with fees, that was nice as we landed early in the morning.

Staff are frequently absent from the desk. No bedding on the pull out bed when the room was reserved for three people. No bedding was given at check in either. Had to go back to the desk and were handed a bag of bedding. Hair on the shower wall. Air conditioning did not work well which made for uncomfortably warm room.
The location is great, the hotel is otherwise clean and lots of convenient parking.

This hotel was old and rather run down. Our lock on our door never seemed to work. We had to walk to back and forth 4 times from our room that wouldn’t open to the front desk, that was the opposite end of the grounds. The front desk staff were very nice but they had to use the master key to get the door open. The couch in the room was not comfortable at all. The floor was dirty when we arrived in the room. The pickleball court was awesome and free breakfast had a lot of options. I thought our room was rather expensive for the quality of the hotel.

Maria is great!! Love her! Jerry is excellent in service, handled our check out. Great amenities for price. Awesome area. Carmel Mountain is beautiful. Shops and grocery litetally within walking. About 22 minutes from Downton Diego. Would stay here again.
