Breakfast was good, it's what we expected. Staff was quick to replenish food items. Fruit was fresh.
Breakfast location was not spread out enough. Guests were crowded when trying to serve themselves.
Our room location was overlooking the freeway. The traffic noice was too loud. Unfortunately, the weather stripping on the door leading to the outside was gone thus making the freeway noise much louder.

It was comfy and everything was nice and clean.
The tv didn’t work. Only stayed on one channel. Remote didn’t work to change channel.

The room was newly remodeled and comfortable. The location was very convenient for me. I especially liked the bathroom.
Some of the outlets did not work. There is still construction happening and the parking was limited.

This is my 2nd stay here. i understand the hotel in doing renovations, but we were given a room that was not completed. We only had working power outlets by the bed and the sink.
There is no overhead lighting, and the little lighting we had was so bad we had to buy extension cords and a lamp to get work done. Wiring sticking out everywhere and the blow dryer didn't work, the room wasn't even done being painted.
The new lighting around the mirror was very faint.
We spoke to the front desk and they didn't even offer a discount or to switch rooms.
This was a working business trip and with the issues we were not able to get as much done as we should have.
Bed was comfortable.
No options were given to change our room.

The new look from the rooms are beautiful.
The room was close to the construction and there was to much noise. The floor was to dusty.

The hotel is being renovated and so will be nice when the renovations have taken place. The location is ideal as off highway and easy access to downtown San diego
The hotel is easy to access, just off the highway junction and next to a number of shops and restaurants. It is noisy as you are close to a highway. Plus the walls are paper thin so not peaceful. We had a noisy neighbour and that kept us up. Plus they smoked weed outside their room a d this was unpleasant for us so we couldn't open the window. The breakfast was basic. They seem short of staff as the only receptionist was also the one who laid out the breakfast things.

was under construction for remolding, glue outside door and some door handles babe dry paint. many wall outlets need to be tightened and should add drywall to it.

The location was Great. The room was ok. The lady from the front desk assisted with me with the air conditioner which was very nice of her.
The ironing board was dirty with stains. The hotel was under construction so I could hear some work being done. The bathtub needs to be renovated. It was in bad shape. Also the electrical outlets need to be tightened up.

The location, staff and room size were wonderful for a 5-day visit. The facility is older and there is much remodeling going on. The breakfast was just Continental no hot breakfast. Easy access and quite comfortable.
The lack of a hearty breakfast was our main issue. Our room was always quiet in spite of remodel and had all the Wi-Fi connections in great bed lamps in spite of being older. Even had freezer compartment in refrigerator

Their was junk from remodeling right outside my door. I can believe they can charge you for a room with that going in.

It was ok
First thing was that I was charge for a deposit which I had no idea until I checked in. I should have been told when I made reservations that they require deposit. So I can decide if I want to stay there. I would have made reservations some where else. Next thing was the had a bad smell.
