Renting here feels like a gamble

The rooms are clean and located near a lot of restaurants and stores.

I booked a corner suite with a balcony a month in advance (price difference of $60 per night to the non balcony room. 3 night stay $180 difference). When we checked in and went to the room we noticed there was no balcony. I went to the front desk and was told that they are fully booked and cannot give me the correct room. Weird...because I booked the room a month in advance. They offered to not charge me for parking for the 3 nights ($30) and that's all they could do. I guess I'm out $150 because of an error on their part.

Overall I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

We reserved a 2-bedroom suite. The floor plan fits our need. The hotel is quiet. Front desk staff is super nice and friendly. I also like the location of the hotel. It’s not far from Torrey Pines, La Jolla, and Escondido. It stays away from crowds but also in the middle of everywhere.

My stay was very and enjoyable, and I appreciate having the breakfast in the morning very good coffee

The staff is friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable

Our room did have an echo from the noise at the pool but it all calm down in about 9:45 last night

Centrally located, very quiet, excellent staff, very responsive

Able to walk to stores, restaurants and take out food. The hotel Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was well done and quite a variety. My family and I enjoyed the hotel and especially the location.

I always stay there the price per night is not worth the accommodations

Main door going in the room was broken, handle on toilet broken, bathroom sink backed up every time, t.v. In living room didn’t work.

I have stayed in this property up to 7 days or more before and everything was ok but this last time very bad!!!

the lady and young gentleman when I came in didn’t even greet me, they were pre occupied, they didn’t even look at me , rude, I had to ask questions and get their attention. also I booked wrong instead of regular room it was a mobility challenge room. this room smelled terrible like smoke and I was told at 4 I will be changed to another one but they called me back and said because I made a mistake I will stay in that room and they didn’t have any other but when I came in the rude lady said at 4 pm there will be other rooms cleaned. I was tired and I stay there but im not happy. I paid almost $700 for two nights and it was bad!!! I have respiratory problem and the smoke smell was very bad. I had to open door all the way for one hour but nobody cared.

Very nice hotel and nice location!

The location - close to shops and eateries! Very clean, beautiful property with lots of amenities. The breakfast was great too! Room was modern, comfortable and cozy.
