Ventilation fun was out of order in bathroom, smelling strange during stay. Front desk staff treated guest with poker face. Very disappointed.

Stayed overnight for morning departure from Montreal airport. Room was spacious and well furnished. Restaurant was good. Free shuttle service to airport was excellent.

For our overnight stay was excellent; walkable if need be and transportation from and to the airport was great.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom condition was ok but shower door seal was coming off the glass door. The restaurant menu lacked a lot of choice and the food was not very good. Was not worth $332 for one night.

Pillows sucked, air conditioner did not keep the place cold

Very convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. Shuttle was also great and parking was gated. Definitely recommend for a quick stopover.

Excellent customer service for weary travelers and great restaurant

Very noisy air conditioning. Very poor noise isolation between rooms...you can easily hear conversations and tv/radio in next room. Unsecure internet connections.

Great location

It was almost 2 am when we check in. An air Canada employee walked in and was ahead of a full van of hotel shuttle bus. Not a problem initially when there is only one check in staff. The issue started when 10 other AC crew walked in and decided to join the fellow crew who is already in the process of check in. This is very rude and the hotel check in staff did not ask the other 10 AC crew to go to the end of the line. This has created a much longer wait for the rest of the hotel guest when everyone is tired. If AC crew is this hotel preferential guest, there should be a special line and staff to attend to them. We happened to be Marriott Bonvoy member too. A little disappointed

The property is under construction. The Corridor has a strong dusty smells. Some rooms have temporary/shabby doors halfway open, showing dark interior, making the place not feeling safe. Some exterior exit doors were NOT locked, ajar. Not safe. This is a very expanded property. It takes a good 5 minutes to walk to our room from the lobby. If we park our car outside, adjacent to our room, we can’t get back to the building because our key card won’t open some of the doors from the outside. The exterior doors, about 15 of them, randomly work with the key card. Parking in and getting the parking tickets at the front desk each time to drive out easily takes 20 minutes. I’m guessing they are dealing with the pain of high auto theft crime issue using this strange system. But the construction and faulty exterior doors are their own problems.

Location location location

I found the beds VERY firm. Had difficulty sleeping. Oh well it was somewhere to hang my hat for 5 hours. The hallway after room 1030 and 1060 reeks of musty wet cardboard smell. If I was a betting man I’d say they had themselves a flood recently. AC wasn’t the coolest, low water pressure in the shower

The room and the staff were very good and helpful and the closeness to the airport great but access to a wide variety of other restaurants and the like is limited. Still, a great hotel if one is heading to the airport.

Stayed at the property for one night, hoping to get a relaxing night before my flight the next day. I was not expecting the entrance to the hotel rooms to be hidden behind two cafeteria push doors at the back of the restaurant, given how grand the Sheraton lobby and elevators looked. While trekking through the entire loop to find my room, I was more hopeful that my room would live up to its expectations but there was a moldy, earthy, and soily smell that filled the room. It was unbearable and pungent. Luckily, the staff offered a room change after air fresheners could not help with the smell. There were also missing air vents in the washroom, which I thought was strange. The scent of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all warm oak, which smelt like a grade 7 boys axe body deodorant. I guess i was expecting too much from a large name like Sheraton and thought it would be more comfortable given the high price i was paying.

Can’t wait to be back when the renovations are done

Having stayed here before, I was disappointed in my room - it smelled musty and there was an infrequent noise of what sounded like plugged toilet drain pipes all night. This was in an old wing with a long walk. The bed was great and so was the gym. My server at breakfast was great too. I didn’t bother trying to get another room as I was tired from travelling and needed to sleep.

Very nice hotel for short stay

The rooms are very nice and clean.

Very clean and modern. Front desk staff Angelo was lovely. Restaurant was overpriced and hallway was really loud. Even though people were talking at normal level, it carried into the room.

Great place to stay if you’re flying out of Montreal.

Hotel showing age but can’t beat airport location

Great property, the staff was amazing.

2nd stay and although the location and staff were still excellent, this room was not great. This room on the 1st floor was Not as clean and in rougher shape. The little food station in the lobby is nice to have but it was messy and greasy. Shuttle driver and front staff were excellent.
