Staff were friendly and helpful. They sent the shuttle to pick us up from the train station around the corner which saved us time, money, and stress. They also were able to get us a connecting room to other family members. Comfortable rooms and shuttle to the airport.

The restaurant was understaffed and so the service was slow. They were also nice though and the food was good.

This new hotel is a nice option and very close to the airport. The shuttle is reliable -- even in a snowstorm! Rooms are modern and spacious.

The breakfast period ends early (9.30 AM), which can be rough if you arrive on a late-night flight. There is no restaurant on site for a lunch or dinner; the Double Tree across the road was the option proposed by the staff.

Everything was spot-on during our stay. Their breakfast starts at 6:30 which perfectly matches our schedule. The staff were friendly and helped us to print our boarding-pass. Additionally, there is a shuttle bus connecting to the airport every 30 min-1h, I would say it is worth every drop of a cent we paid!

Airport Transfer was seamless and on time, check in staff very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed everything and will now make this our transition hotel when traveling down south or cruising!

We loved the free shuttle from the train station and to the airport. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I appreciated that even though we had to leave before the free breakfast started, they had a bowl of fruit, coffee, and some pastries out for us to grab on the way to the airport.

We wish there had been a menu for the restaurant that we could have viewed from the room. Also the acoustics in the restaurant were terrible. We could hear the conversations at every table in the restaurant, but we couldn't hear our tablemates.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une expérience mitigée. L'établissement est très spacieux, mais j'ai été déçu par certains aspects. Les chambres manquent d'éclairage, et le bruit du réfrigérateur ainsi que la vibration de la climatisation étaient gênants. De plus, la décoration générale de l'hôtel m'a paru triste. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais sans grande qualité exceptionnelle. La piscine, malheureusement, n'était pas chauffée, et l'eau était très froide. Le personnel parle principalement l'anglais plutôt que le français Un autre point négatif concerne le parking. Bien qu'il soit payant et clôturé pour les voitures, l'accès pour les piétons depuis l'extérieur n'était pas sécurisé. De plus, les infrastructures du stationnement semblaient mal conçues, avec des trottoirs en béton très hauts et un éclairage insuffisant. Il était difficile de repérer certaines zones depuis l'intérieur de la voiture, ce qui a entraîner une énorme rayure sur une jante. Malheureusement, ces aspects ont quelque peu entaché mon expérience. J'espère que ces commentaires aideront l'hôtel à s'améliorer et à offrir une meilleure expérience à ses futurs clients.

Breakfast was poorly! A little disappointed for the price I paid, I’m vegan so the options were poor. I ended eating potato toast and had a coffee which is not my idea for breakfast. The hotel should improve their choices as there are people around the world with different taste and food choices who stay at the hotel.

La propreté. C’est la première fois que je rentre dans une chambre qui sent frais et non pas la cigarette froide (même dans les chambres non fumeurs)

On m’avait dit au téléphone que la navette pouvait m’amener à Air Creebec. Je l’ai choisi pour ça. Et une fois sur place j’ai du prendre un taxi.

Airport to Hotel transportation was excellent, especially the driver who was very helpful. Beds were quality and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of selection, yet very North American. The breakfast was very crowded and there was not any fresh fruit left when I was there. Otherwise the evening meals I had were very good and the service was excellent, even though I was travelling alone, I felt comfortable and well looked after.
