The hotel charged me again but we booked through hotels.com which already settled the payment.
The location is far from sight seeing area and no amenities provided.

Everything was great except the bar. They give you complementary drinks but can’t handle the crowd. On the last night, we sat in the bar area for 40 minutes and no one even came to say hello.

I loved the staff at the hotel, especially Meda who checked me in. So polite and helpful. The atmosphere was bright, modern & clean. Comfy beds. My only complaints: low water pressure in the sink & ONLY super HOT water halfway thru my shower, and I didn't like paying for internet.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin, but there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the vent in my room. I notified the receptionist, and when I asked if they could adjust the fees due to the issue, the young lady smiled and simply said, 'No,' which I found quite rude. The smell was so bad that it kept me from sleeping. I also asked if anyone else had complained about the odor, and she confirmed that others had noticed it too.

Never in my life have I been so decimated by bug bites. I went to bed around midnight and woke up two hours later with bites all over my arms, legs and chest. The hotel transferred me to another room in the middle of the night (around 3 am). Later they said they'd do an inspection.
They concluded that there were no signs of bug bites and offended no compensation. However, visits to multiple doctors and dermatologist have other opinions.
I was in pain for about a week before taking various steroids and medicines. Now I am dealing with body scars from the bite attacks.

Very appealing to the senses upon walking in. Staff greeted us promptly and got our bags out of the vehicle. The lobby was buzzing with guest at the restaurant and bar.
Only issue we had during the stay was the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. They offered to switch rooms but we decided not to.

This hotel has a great location, it is walking distance to Capital One Arena. We stayed the same night as a concert at the arena and the hotel was overwhelmed. Rooms were not ready for check-in at 4pm, there were long lines at check-in and valet. The hotel charges a $30/night destination fee and in return you get a food and beverage credit at their restaurant and some water in your room. It just feels likely a tacky game, raise the nightly rate and don't add silly fees.
Rooms were clean, but the hallways were loud and sound was not well insulated.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We were in town for a concert the day of our check in. Check in is 4pm. We did not get into our room until after 7pm! Our concert was at 7:30! We were told the hotel was sold out and housekeeping couldn’t keep up. Checked online and rooms available they were not sold out. When we did finally get to our room the bathroom sink sprays all over the place when you turn it on. We were also told that our room was upgraded as a form of compensation for waiting so long. When we got to the room 2 queen bed room which is exactly what we paid for. NO UPGRADE. They also charged us a resort fee for a room we didn’t even get to get into. I could understand a few minutes, maybe even an hour but 3 hours is unacceptable especially when we needed to get ready for a concert. They had no compassion or concern for the situation either. We will NEVER stay at a Westin, Marriott etc! I will be contacting the BBB also.

The hotel is new and in a nice area but I will not stay there again! They charge you what they call a destination fee for every night you stay with them and give you 30$ credit to spend! The check in desk staff are not sure what you can spend the credit on! Everytime I talked to someone they gave me a different answer! One employee said breakfast was included and after having breakfast which was not even good, they charged me and sait it wasn't included! The same thing happened with water that I bought at the hotel! It was really annoying because I asked before buying and before having breakfast but it seems like no one knows what's going on and no one honors what they tell you and you end up paying a lot more than you should! Why am I paying a destination fee in the first place?
I ended up paying 300$ on top of my full reservation! I'm never going back to this hotel even though the room was nice and area was nice

Overall this was a great option for our family vacation. The one thing that was inconvenient was the shower and how it sprays water out into the bathroom area. You have to turn the shower head directly toward the wall to minimize the overspray that causes the rest of the floor to be slippery. Other than that we were very pleased with our room. It was very spacious.

We booked a room to use as a place to rest after a long day of sightseeing in DC and then to get fresh and to head out for the fireworks. However we just ended up spending the night there. The mattresses are some of the most comfortable we've slept in. Those reusable bottles are very classy.

Amazing. Attended a conference in this hotel. I slept well, ate well during the event & via room service. The staff was extremely pleasant. Location great. Lots to do around. Informed concierge.

Everything was wonderful for the stay at the end of May. Very clean and well situated. We were very well taken care of. The staff were lovely, food and service high quality. Ergum in the restaurant was wonderful. Thanks very much!
