Front counter staff was awesome. Bathroom in lobby was not clean, none of the ice machines in the hotel were working, room was supposed to have a pull out couch and did not, and the staff in the restaurant was overwhelmed.

Nice hotel but disappointed with quality of what we thought would be higher for a Westin. Beds were stiff and everytime someone in adjoining rooms used toilet, our drains in bathroom would make gurgling noises, which throughout the night got old. Front desk also failed to honor having our room request which was made week prior to arrival, not near elevator due to our small dog who’s easily spooked and had to move to another room. TV channels were very limited and only one Showtime channel option. For a price point of over $300 night, expected better quality from a Westin when compared to other hotel chains:(

We had great service, especially with our after-midnight check-in. The only issue was housekeeping knocking on our door at 8 am, waking us up, on the day we were checking out anyway. No clue why they wanted in.

Had a great stay at the westin. Remodeled, modern room. Clean. Quiet. Had all the ammenties i would hope for. Walking distance from downtown indy restaurants. Lucas oil stadium, etc.

Amazing, room was clean and beautiful. Luce (I think was her name) at the front desk was friendly and asked my son about his swim meet, wished him luck and was so genuinely kind and hospitable!

They allowed us to check in early. It was super fast and easy and the hotel was very nice and clean. Easy and convenient parking as well. Would definitely stay there again!

This property is very nice looking facility. However it was too noisy. The walls must be thin. We could hear the toilets flushing, doors closing, people talking, elevators chiming even though we weren’t near them. Not a pleasant stay as far as getting sleep and rest.

The food was not so good. Were small selection and what we eat was poor. We have been to this place often but had a 7 year gap when they removed Shulas which was an outstanding restaurant. This is all quick and tasteless. Maybe this is the new generation food that is quickly prepared and not my style. Such a shame because this property is outstanding.

I liked bcuz it’s near everything. Don’t like the elevator dirtiness, smells and looks like someone’s urine in the elevator. We did notified to the front desk.

Upon arrival, my reservation could not be located. It is unclear whether the issue was with Westin or Hotels.com. However, I did receive a welcome email from Westin a few days prior to my stay, indicating that they had previously accessed my reservation. Parking fees were high, but there was a discount available for guests staying at the Westin. The breakfast was enjoyable, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and very kind staff. The hotel was centrally located to everything, as we attended a conference. It was in walking distance to everything. The beds were extremely comfortable.

How tall is beautiful and our room was beautiful. I absolutely loved her bathroom and shower. It was beautifully updated, elegant.

Good location. Close to food and event venues. Valet parking is a little slow when we checked in.

Very nice hotel, great gym, decent restaurant. Main downside is parking: There is a valet option and a self park (only one in-out per stay!) but not even a designated area to stop in front of the hotel for check-in and loading.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was clean, service was great and it was right next to the convention center.

The hotel was nice and clean. The game room was not available during our stay which is the only reason for 4/5 stars, my kids were looking forward to playing a few games at the end of our night.
