There were biscuit crumbs all over the desk and on the floor when we arrived in the room. Bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed everyday. Housekeeping comes at random times of the day (sometimes early morning and afternoon), so sometimes there are days where the room is not cleaned. Convenient location and free parking is good.

Very friendly staff and hotel is reasonably clean. However, food options on site are very limited. And there are not much options closeby either. So you are stuck with the onsite resturant. Shuttle only goes within a 1 mile radius and it becomes very expensive when travelling to and from the airport. Even the metro is a good 20-25 mins walk. Overall, very expensive and with limited choices, would not book again.

We had exceptional service from three individuals at the Tyson's Corner Hilton: Jack Heffron, Front Desk, Felipe, and Khan, hotel drivers for local transportation. Jack was fantastic at getting me accurate local information and hotel services. Five stars! Felipe and Khan drove us around and gave us great information on where to eat and go! They took an interest in what we wanted to do and gave us great suggestions. Again, five-star service!
The restaurant menu needs to be rethought. It seemed disjointed, and the pricing was out of proportion with what was available. $48.00 for breakfast for two is only for the corporate expense accounts.

I guess I should have paid more attention when booking, I was a bit shocked to discover they didn’t have continental breakfast. I’d say you’d be as well off booking at a Comfort Suites or other chain if all you’re doing is traveling.

The hotel is great, however, we specifically searched for a pet friendly hotel and when I made the reservation via hotels.com. I looked to see if there was a pet fee and could not find any indication there would be one. Upon checking in we were told the pet fee was $100. Had we known this, we would’ve chosen another hotel.

The front line staff are the only highlight of this stay, initial room I booked looked old and worn out, I requested to change for a lower grade room as it was closer to my friend, nice and clean facility just nothing to do and a very quiet area. The shuttle drivers were amazing and always helpful we had to use it a lot.

Other than the room was as described in the pictures. The overall service was quite disappointing. Will not stay here again and or recommend anyone staying here if you will be attending the Nada Academy.

Hotel looked new. Everything works and no touch ups were found. I rated staff 4 stars because when I checked in the receptionist did not even acknowledged me. But the next day when i checked out a diffirent receptionist was ok

Old but classy. We liked the sound prof doors that really isolate the noise as the rooms all face the bar in the lobby. The pool water temperature could be adjusted as it was really cold and the temperature in the pool area was a bit too hot. Overall great place to stay.

Very nice personnel and management, but unfortunately we could not check into our room until 8:30pm as no rooms were available. Airline needs take priority over other scheduled guests. We received $100 credit to use around the hotel (bar, restaurant, etc).

The hotel looks a little older and worn on the outside but is very nice inside! Quick checkin, beautiful bar, the gym has several machines. Rooms were very nice and clean. The location is a little less than a mile from the galleria, a lot of restaurants and a Wegmans within walking distant of the hotel. You can walk to the metro station too. Free parking is a win!
