Loved the position of the hotel. Quiet with a great view. Accessible to town walking. Good food at the restaurant. Enjoyed our couple days in Tossa Del Mar and wished we could have stayed longer.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Angel met us at the door and made the trip 10x better. So personable and genuine. The outstanding staff and Angel made the stay at Gran Hotel Reymar the right decision including the breathtaking views of our sea view balcony. The whole hotel in general has amazing views as well and perfect beach access and close to so many other bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Nice location and A staff!

This hotel rocks! The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I unfortunately managed to get a parking ticket which I could not figure out how to pay. It turned out it needed to be paid at a parking machine and one of the staff was so helpful, he even walked me to the nearest ticket machine down the road from the hotel, most hotel staff may give you directions but he insisted on taking me there to make sure there was someone there who could translate the instructions (staff member called Angel). This was just one example of great service all round but on top of that, the location...just wow. The whole town, the beaches and the views are just perfect. We will be back.

Very clean and in a beautiful spot

Surprised by lack of pool towel service. Had to buy pool towel.

Everything was perfect! The view is magical, and the staff is very nice. The room was very clean. I have nothing negative to say. I recommand this place.

Wonderful hotel right on hill with beautiful ocean views. Quick access to beach from hotel. Pool was not heated, but still nice and refreshing. Very clean and excellent breakfast.

Excellent service and location. Full service hotel

Historic building and area. Could have provided better info about parking. We paid nearly $60 to park overnight and had to walk several blocks to park. I’m not sure I would have done it differently, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The parking attendant said we could have paid much less is we had paid ahead online. They also said there are agreements with hotels for certain lots and that would have substantially cut the price too. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time

Beautiful property overlooking the water. Breakfast was excellent but no pool service as I asked for a towel to sit by the pool and they informed me that I need to buy a towel from them…

It's our second stay at Reymar..They've updated it since our first stay 18 months ago. It's a beautiful seaside hotel that has a gorgeous pool and a bountiful breakfast. We will stay again most definitely

The only negative is the room is too small

I love this stay so much. The staff was so nice and helpful. The gave us a ride to the bus station which was really nice. We were here during the low season so it was quiet, peaceful and absolutely beautiful! The room with the ocean view was worth the little bit extra. They also have a wonderful breakfast that’s included. This is everything I could ever ask for. If I could request one thing, it would be a microwave. But really, it was no big deal. I will always remember this place. Easy 10 out of 10

Amazing views & great staff!

Our view of the beach was spectacular. We got so many Sunrise photos and at night the submerged lights from scuba divers was interesting. We enjoyed kayaking from the beach and swimming in the Mediterranean. The very well preserved castle in town was beautiful as a backdrop for dinner or breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and was accessible with a short walk. We will return.

A waste of time and money, review may be anomalous compared to current reviews, but those set our expectations. Poorly run and low quality breakfast. Somewhat inconsistent friendliness of foh staff, some were wonderful and helpful, some were cold/ rude, feels a bit like a holiday farm, busy and boring, maybe we're not the target customers, or maybe we've been spoiled by previous holiday experiences.

Exceeded our expectations! Great location, steps to the beach 5min walk to restaurants, great bar, fabulous views , awesome staff! We requested high floor, so was floor 6 towards the front of hotel. Lovely staff so helpful & patient with me learning Spanish) 100% would stay again!

Tossa de Mar was a fantastic place. We really enjoyed the village with the castle. Very relaxing - if that is what you are looking for. Hotel Reymar we judged was one of the nicer hotels in the village - the pool was great, and access to the "smaller" beach was just a few steps away. We even got up early to watch the sunrise on the rocks by the beach. We would definitely book this again!

Friendly staff, excellent location to lot of nice restaurants, points of interest , high end shopping

the hotel is a distinct gem given its quieter setting at the most northern & quieter beach with diving schools, kayaking & paddle boards. Front desk staff and other service staff were consistently courteous & responsive. But big shoutout to Aaron - a fine ambassador for the town - who shuttled us from/to the bus station. our room was fine but more bathroom amenities would be a plus. And while we enjoyed our breakfasts, as good as dinner was be better to warm the room more by dimming the lights. an enjoyable stay for sure.

Beautiful views and close to town

Had an excellent stay at the Reymar. The hotel is fabulous, with excellent service and high standards. We could not fault it. Fantastic choice for breakfast and food to an excellent standard. Rooms extremely comfortable, clean and well serviced. We had a sea view and it was simply stunning. I took advantage of the spa facilities which were also top notch. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning.

A resort type hotel with great sea views! The breakfast buffet is one of the best and with amazing view to enjoy.

The property was great. I plan on staying here again. The room was amazing waking up to such a beautiful sunrise. The staff was top-notch. Everyone was so professional and kind. This was one of my favorite places in my month trip to Europe.

The staff did not provide beach or pool towels for free they wanted to charge me €10 for a towel. They should learn to loan towel for a small deposit not to sell them because we as travelers can’t bring towels back home
