The front desk was very nice, they had transportation to airport which was really good we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it. Only downside is the restaurant breakfast is extremely expensive for a buffet that had a limited amount of things, I’ve stayed at small motel with free breakfast and bigger and better the. This $18 one.

Easy access to the airport

I accidently booked on Expedia the wrong date. I sent Expedia customer service a request to cancel. Hotel was sent the request 7 days before the booking. They never responded and instead said I had not requested to cancel within the period requirement. I called the Hilton directly and said all I wanted was to change the date of the reservation and they wouldn't because it was booked through Expedia. Expedia customer service said they couldn't change the reservation. Might be the last time I book with Expedia...

The hotel feels like an old nursing home that's been converted into a hotel. The facilities are extremely outdated, with dirty windows covered in stains. The bathroom even had a chair typically used in nursing homes for elderly baths, and the toilet was in poor condition. Overall, everything was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

We arrived during a worldwide computer outage, the staff and restaurants did an outstanding job in the meltdown. The roomservice was non existent, we stayed 3 night's and not one maid service. Had to go get our clean towels and make our iwn bed. No water, coffee, zero.

1st it’s not the Hilton at the Nashville Airport, 2nd We booked a King bed, they over sold and gave us a Queen… asked if it was ok? I mean do we have a choice? No, ok well I guess it will have to do. My husband is a big guy and a queen is not comfortable for us. We went to the bar to get food, we sat there at the bar, one bar tender acknowledged us to say someone would be over (while he continued to do nothing really) about 10 mins later before anyone actually came to take our order. The food was Hilton priced and not that great either..

Hotel had multiple issues. Upon check in there was only 1 person working the front desk with conference attendees trying to check in. The lobby was hot. First room was on a floor where there was some sort of flood. Air dyers up and down the hallway and smelled of mildew and mold. AC in the room was loud as couple be. Parking gate to get in and out of the property was not user friendly and was causing long lines for people to exit. Shower was not working properly. More water coming out of the facet than the shower head no matter what you did. Very sad that this was a Hilton hotel.

The front desk staff were great! Hotel was clean! The staff are so accommodating! The rooms were so nice and hallways quiet and well kept!

The check in process was simple. I appreciate that. Was confused about taking a ticket to park when online said parking was free. After talking to the front desk clerk, we figured out that situation. What I DID NOT LIKE was seeing a breakfast offered but not seeing a sign that it would be $17 a plate! When I was given my to-go box to fill up, I overheard a worker saying “maybe we should have someone at the entrance”. Myself and another customer were both confused. It was the same breakfast that you can get at a Laquita or any other hotel. That was not a pleasant surprise.

Pros: The front desk staff was quite helpful. The check-in and check-out process was effortless.
Cons: The hallway needed to be vacuumed and stayed dirty both days I was there. It was obvious that housekeeping did not touch my room. After my first night, I retuned to trash still in my room, my bed unmade, and my bathroom still dirty.

We enjoy staying at your hotel. I have a couple of suggestions, first we felt the breakfast should have been included. And secondly whoever design the walk in shower needs to go back to the drawing board. The showers heads are mounted in the wrong place. They were place in the wrong direction, spraying out into the room. Should be place at the far end of the shower.

Highly recommend. The room was so comfortable, a great respite after a hectic week. The front desk staff was exceptional, I had the opportunity to check in early. The menu at the bar was very limited but the drinks and atmosphere were great. I was only in town for a couple days, will definately stay again when I come back.

Our 1st room wasn’t ready, walked in and there was dirty towels on the room. Requested another room, 2nd room had a toothbrush on the floor, example of not being clean, but we staying in it.

It was very clean and the room was nice BUT last night we did not have any parking when we returned at 2am that was close to the entrance. The property was gated but the gate was open and the extended parking didn't feel safe for women to walk so far alone. They had many trucks and trailers taking up so many spaces they should have them park in the extra parking lot or some sort of organization. Staff was definitely not helpful and rude and we will not be coming back for that reason. I will spend my money at a secure place I can actually feel safe parking

The black manager on duty was Extremely rude! Although, Troy the shuttle driver was AWESOME! Manager needs customer service training! Won’t visit here ever again!

M door wouldn't close properly - I had to remember to pull the door closed as it got stuck everytime i went in or out. The sink did not properly drain. I asked them to fix these issues on Friday night and they still weren't fixed by the time I departed on Sunday. The internet and TV services were off over amost a full day. Plus there was a loud humming sound coming from somewhere outside my room which occurred 24-7, and was quite annoying.

The room has no shampoo or lotion and no brush or toothpaste.
The hair dryer didn’t work and the hair dryer has soo much dirt on it and was not cleaned in ages.
However when I went to the front desk they gave me toothpaste toothbrushes lotion and shampoo .
Later they replaced the hair dryer.
