Overall good stay, the pool was very dirty. Wasn’t sure if I would have caught something with how green it was. Rooms however were good standard

This was my first time at this hotel. It was a great place. I am 68 and my husband is 82. We requested a handicap bathroom so we don't have to climb in and out of a tub to shower. The floor of the bathroom was not sloped so the water ran onto the floor, making it slippery. When we went to leave our room, the water was running into the hallway.

Fan in bathroom didn't work. Not worth the price paid.

The stay was nice. I was checked in with a junior suite upgrade with the balcony in under 5 minutes. There was snacks, drinks, and even ice cream within 3 steps of checking in, but the restaurant was only 20 feet away. The suite was nicely appointed, with a very nice glass enclosed shower. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice, clean, the bed was comfortable. My only concern was the toilet seat had some sticky stuff on it like some type of tape

Normally, I don’t post reviews if I can’t give the highest score possible. Check in was great. Employee was helpful, informative, and professional. Room was close to the elevator and a strange banging noise would wake me up in the middle of the night from time to time. That wasn’t even the worst part! I check my cc charges and noticed that I had a $25 charge that I didn’t recognize. When I went to the front desk to check out the next morning, I informed the employee about the charge. She looked in the computer, told me that it appeared that someone had charged their breakfast to my room (mind you, I was alone and had already ordered and paid for breakfast with the physical cc the same day), asked me if I’m sure I didn’t make the charge myself with the tone of accusation, and then told me that she would reverse the charge! She was a tad offensive but I told her thank you and have a great day; which she did not respond to. On my way to my car, I was thinking to myself…does this woman really think that I made that charge? In closing, I think that they should come up with a better system for room charging, such as showing some form of identification or a key card. Anyone could very well charge an expensive meal to your room. The check out lady was a little off putting, but that charge was more troubling!

Did not like guys hanging around the parking lot and pool area. Wish these areas were private.

The bar inside the hotel was stocked with limited beer. The manager had to be onsite to get the beer for the bartender and so at one point they ran out of the brand of beer that i was drinking. Not the best way to run the business

It had a restaurant

Wasn’t very clean and toilet went out. The beds were very comfortable tho.

Property was nice, slightly dated but no issue. Pool is large but wish it had a bathroom. We got the room with the porch and it was totally worth it. Staff was lovely!

The room seemed like it needed a humidifier, it felt very moist and the hallway smelled walking to the room. The food was not good at the restaurant. The room could have used a deep clean. Please consider replacing the pool towels with a larger towel.

The fridge was barely cold, it needs to be defrosted (ice covered the back of it, inside) The comforter was odd. Instead of a duvey there was a top sheet for the bottom and another over the top. Also, it or the sheets were slightly damp. At that point I found comfort in only that one of the 3 items were recently cleaned. When we arrived there were no towls, wash clothes, hand towls or bath mat. The gentlemen that brout it up was very friendly. I needed to check out at 9am due to an appointment I had, the woman at the counter was helping another guest and I had over heard her say the system was down and she was waiting for it to boot back up. I said, excuse me... im sorry, could I give you my room number because I have an appointment. Her response in a sny way... well i guess so. I advsd her of my room number and she then replies, thank you for your patience, again in a rude snide way. That was definitely not a nice or acceptable way to end my stay.

Fantastic stay, just needs a little renovation, some damage in Our room.

This place was so nice the room was so clean and the staff were so so so friendly and gave us a lot of options of things to do. I would for sure come here again. Also there is a lot of parking. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bathroom in the room was super clean with. The beds were very comfortable as well. Overall super impressed with this place!

Staff was great. Restaurant and bar had excellent food. Balcony was private which we love.

Overall visit good, buffet breakfast choice poor , no beans or mushrooms. No coffee or cups in room and no shower gel either

Very clean and accessible to my event. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here before hence the return visit. Positive things first. Great airport shuttle service, large room with comfy fresh smelling bed, and efficient aircon. Nice hot power shower. The bar was nice with a good selection of wines served by a friendly lady. Negatives - the room was noisy due to the close location of the services on the roof and the badly fitted balcony door. The level of noise also prevented us making use of the balcony furniture! To top it were woken up in the early hours by very noisy residents shouting their heads off at each other. The bathroom is shabby with unpleasant discolored grouting in the shower and the door hinges are rusty!
