Beds very comfortable. Linens wonderful! We managed to get adjoining rooms which was perfect when traveling with a three year old!

The Parking Garage has a very confusing system and it's very expensive.

I made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds and harbor view I paid more for that, but instead I had a room with 2 full beds and parking lot view

If you use a third party as partner to book rooms there has to be better cooperation between the property/company and Hotels.com passing the buck back and forth is no way to do business and it reflects poorly on both.

Very nice hotel; location ideal, right at Inner Harbor. Garage a bit tricky with the need for new app to park, but worked out fine.

I was checked in by Ron and he was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and communicative. He started my day off with a smile and I truly appreciate it. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The toilet in my room had some issues (did not report it). We also took advantage of the pool but the hot tub was not working 😔. However because of wonderful customer service I received I will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back

Customer service surprisingly bad. Room service was a disaster and came in crappy plastic containers plus plasticware utensils. No excuse for that now we are post-COVID. Sticky dirty carpet in our room.

From check in to check out everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. How to operate the parking was a little confusing, but that was not related to the hotel. We had drinks at the bar in the evening which were very good. I highly recommend the hotel.

My college age son and I came in for the raven vs redskins game. Great location…close to the inner harbor…great restaurants within walking distance….safe and clean area. The parking is $$$$…$36 self park in connected parking deck….cheaper to park across the street.

My hvac was leaking, told them, nothing was done. The caulk around the toilet needed to be redone, that was leaking, told them, nothing was done. For some reason my room was not cleaned on Saturday, told them, nothing was done. Very disappointed

Amazing stay and very friendly hotel. We had a great view of the harbor and everything we needed was close enough to walk to. Camden Yards is amazing and so close. We walked everywhere.

I had heard the inner habor area of Baltimore was rundown and unsafe. Hadn't visited since 2019. I found the aread pristine and much as I remembered. Wish i could have stayed longer. Wonderful staff. Great visit.

Very nice hotel and rooms. The hospitality was really great. Everyone was so nice and respectful.
On a side note, Melvin really took the time and helped my handicap brother and I with a luggage cart. We had two separate rooms and he took the time to go to both rooms to get our luggage to take down to our car in the parking garage. It was such a great help and so down to earth and friendly. I would recommend him and count on him again anytime.

I booked and paid for a club level room. The twelfth floor. I was placed on the eleventh floor. When I called the front desk. They said the eleventh floor was also considered club level. Not so sure about that. Not mentioned on their website.

The club lounge was closed during the weekend of my stay at the hotel, so missed out on the lounge access. However I was given a voucher just for breakfast as an alternative. But I would have preferred to have access to the lounge which opens from 6am to 10pm but only on weekdays

Accommodation was good, not totally clean and several outlets did not work in the room. Also, when booked it stayed there was a continental breakfast included with the club room, however there was none and there was a buffet breakfast for just under $30 so kind of a batter and switch after paying more for the club king room.

Expedia had the incorrect check out time and I didn’t realize there was additional fees for parking. the restaurant was limited also the breakfast cost additional
