Front desk staff were very nice. Overall condition was moderate and location is very accessible. Room was missing towels upon check in and room service decided to just walk in without warning.

The hotel was being renovated, so understandably there were some rough spots. It was clean, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it smelt. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was uncomfortable though. I think we were in a room not yet renovated, so that will probably come soon. Great hot/cold buffet breakfast.

Old building. Elevator was broken down. Noisy from outside and inside. You can hear next door couple arguing. Very cold. No heating unit working. I told reception about no heating unit working when I was checking out, and she said “I know. We haven’t turn on the heating unit on yet. If you told us, we can bring heating unit”. I think those information should be shared before check in. Overall reception ladies are very rude (to other guest). Not enough staff to handle at line up and phone call. Bedding not comfortable too soft and old bed. Looks like family run business, I did not feel a sense of Best Western group

This was by far our worst experience of any hotel ever!!! For starters the pool was out of order which we weren't told of until after we booked, we tried yo have dinner at the seasons grill which is apart of the hotel and the waitress was really rude, the beer was served ¼ empty and nothing but foam, and the waitress couldnt remember our order, Last and the worst part is after we get back from a poor experienced dinner we go up to our room to find not only one but TWO blood stains on our bed, went to reception desk lady and kindly asked for a refund and was sent in a complete maze of answers leading us onto receiving back our price of a one night stay, up to this day still nothing and they wont even pick up their calls anymore, very unprofessional and disgusting place would not recommend to anyone who expects a good stay!

Elevator wasn’t working and I was at 4th floor. To Go to the pool it was 5 floors down wet at the public stairs. Food offered for breakfast was good.

Smelly and some staff members don't get things at once specially so called supvisors . Managers don't care even if you want to check out early. Hotel stinks.

Very good service. Enjoy the morning breakfast, it’s always good. We had a water issue in the bathroom and maintenance was here quickly and fixed the problem.

Great facility for the price

Property was clean. Lots of parking available. Bed was comfy. Check in was long and the lobby must have been 40 degrees (no joke, I almost passed out it was so hot). Not sure why they didn't have ac in the lobby. Also no hair dryer in the room. And the AC in the room wasn't very good. I had it set at 18 degrees and it couldn't get below 22.

It was a nice and comfortable place.

The elevators were not working and this made for a lot of unhappy people. Especially disabled and eldery. The staff did not offer any type of compensation or help/assistance. Very frustrating and disappointing

The staff were good and working hard but the check in process was really time consuming - there were over 20 people in line - just seemed like the system they had for checking in didn't account for the influx of people.

Was unfortunate that both the elevators were broken and unable to use for hauling luggage. Limited to one stairway to use, other stairway had no keyless entry and got locked in stairway. Complimentary breakfast time was short and ovwr at 930 when that is still breakfast time, we were asked to take our breakfast to our room cuz no seating available in restaurant.

Staff was very helpful and attended promptly to our request for more towels and a blanket. The gentleman working at the breakfast buffet was especially accommodating and kind. His guest service was excellent! And, the food was really good, too! We had a lovely room that was perfect for us! It had huge windows (that could be opened for fresh air), 2 sleeping areas with a door between them, 2 TVs, 2 fridges, and a microwave. Two downsides that can’t be blamed on the hotel itself but affected our stay were: The noise from cars street racing just outside was disruptive when trying to sleep. It went very late into the night, but I’m sure it doesn’t happen all the time. And, one elevator was out of service, then the other stopped working as well. We were on the 5th floor and had to use the stairs while carrying luggage. We managed, but it was cumbersome. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I will definitely stay there again!

Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Quite busy at breakfast time with having to wait for a table but to be expected with a full house?! Breakfast time should probably be extended to 10:30ish to accommodate all customers. Overall a good stay.

My room had toys left in it from previous guest which tells me it wasn’t cleaned properly and there was an alarm in the hall the went off every 2 minutes from the time we arrived until the time we left the next day.. also the housekeeping started knocking on my door at 8:10 am every 20-25 mins and when I answered she said she wanted to let me know checkout was 11… when I told the front desk staff he said “oh”

Good service

We had stayed at this hotel before, and decided to stay again because we like it and the location is very handy. This time, we stayed three nights during a major concert event. The hotel was booked solid. Although the staff were pushed to their limits with the crowds, they never failed to be polite, patient, helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious!
