The hotel room was very clean.
I would have loved a refrigerator in the room. The staff was top notch.
I liked that it was close to restaurants and the mall. It was not very walkable due to the busy traffic. Public transportation is close by and that is a plus. I ordered room service and did not enjoy the food. I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it.

I changed rooms to share with another person, under her account. The only downfall was that her room’s AC did not work very well.
The Well to fill your water bottles was a very nice touch. It was conveniently located.
We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast. It was an extra perk to be able to grab some snacks before dinner. There were a variety of foods & beverages to choose from.
Every employee I encountered was polite & helpful.

I will not return. check in was smooth. Our bathroom floor needed to be swept upon arrival, the tub faucet was turned sideways, the shower’s water pressure was low, lint and hair in the beds. I went to close the curtains and saw a drop of blood on them. The beds were comfy & the staff was nice.

Even under the stress of the IT disaster, this staff still handled things professionally with positive attitudes. They made a way to make sure our reservation wasnt halted or held up in any way, even if that meant extorted us directly to our personally to gain access, so we could get the rest we needed. I appreciate that extra mile taken!

The layout of the parking was challenging. There was only a one way entrance if you parked or accidentally entered at the valet entrance.
The staff were all friendly, a special recognition for Markal who checked us in and gave us suggestions for places to eat.

The Westin Property was exceptional. I have stayed in Westin Property before but this time it was so much more peaceful, elegant, and holistic in so many ways. Keep doing what you are doing and providing excellent services.

2 night stay , overall the room is very nice, comfortable. However the AC doesn't cool good enough. They also didn't clean our room after requesting cleaning service while we were out for breakfast.

We love the location and the property is beautiful. However, the bed and pillow were absolutely atrocious! They were both like quicksand. You just sink in to them and not in a good way. NO support of any sort. Sadly we will not stay again just because of this. Killed mine and my wife's back and neck. Beautiful renovation to the lobby.

We stayed one night. The room provided was not fully cleaned when we came in. Missing toilet paper, tissues and the shower body was broken, which we did not discover until the am. No access to shower in the am. Was promised a call back from management after we checked out. Never heard back from anyone.
