Went for a long weekend, very happy with the hotel, it was bustling with activity, also conveniently located, would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was a perfect hotel for our couples retreat! So nice and clean and modern. Loved the design of the room and common areas. The lobby was very inviting and the resto-bar had a great vibe. Location was perfect, steps from the old town and Saint-Jean street. Will stay there again and strongly recommend to others.

The price of your breakfast buffet should not be different if you book at time of paying room or decide to take it on site

Everything was beautiful. The view from my room was stunning. It was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the executive lounge was delicious and fresh. The location is walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this location. When we arrived at the pool it had many leaves in it. We asked the pool boy to clean it and he did right away. The ventilation in the room was noisy, and the front desk guy had a bit of a poor attitude during check in but otherwise a very nice stay.

When we first arrived, the hotel staff was on strike and many amenities were unavailable. That was resolved the next day. Although the staff was friendly the concierge‘s desk recommended a tour bus that was more transportation than a tour and unavailable and full the three times we attempted to get on the bus. The restaurant only offers Buffet breakfast on weekends which was over priced. We attempted to order breakfast à la cart on Monday before checking out, but after we were given a menu and ordered we were told it was unavailable, because it was a holiday and they were only offering Buffet. Upon leaving we called for a luggage cart, which did not show up. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly just not very attentive.

The day we went the employee of hotel do strike when we arrive they horned to our face then they told us we have to go to diffirent hotel for one night and come back tomorrow because they don’t have a room the line of check in was so long and we waited for 1 hour after 20 min they accepted to give us the room but we told to come back next 3 hours! Then we stayed in a line again for 1 hour!!!
The room was full of dust!
The restaurant and bar was closed
I am not suggesting this hotel !

Decor in room reflected area & was lovely. We visited at the end of strike. Also torrential rain both full days we were there & we decided to go home. Hotel could consider a minimum charge fee if you vacate a day earlier than booked. We left early in the morning & room was available to others once it was cleaned.

I was very disappointed by the entire experience. The staff was on a strike and we were sent to a nearby hotel. Not only did we lose time going to another hotel and back, but the property charged us the full price for a worse option.

The hotel was extremely clean which was my biggest priority. Stayed in the parliament view room
Which was just stunning view! Upon check in we were checked in by the most lovely woman who even gave my little son a pack of candies! Everyone was so helpful! Take the valet parking so you can take your car out as much as you want it will save tons of money in the long run. The only thing I was unhappy with was that there was NO microwave in the room to reheat your food from take out, when you’re staying multiple days like we were that’s a pretty big downside.

Everything was great. The only concern was the picket line by employees in the morning which started at 7:00 am with horns,
whistles and loud music. We woke up with that noise. Looks like they are in negation with the hotel.

Worst day of my first visit. The water supply to the entire hotel was cut off from 7PM to 12AM. I was not contacted or compensated for it. The room was full of dust and I changed rooms as soon as I got there but it was the same. There were 3 staff during the busy check-in time but one was only for VIP members and the other 2 were not enough to serve the guests. I will never pay this amount of money and stay here again. There are better hotels around. If you are thinking of choosing this place just for its reputation, go somewhere else.

It’s a great location if you want to tour the old Quebec. We booked one two queen bed room and one queen bed room with Mountain View. The room is kind of small. No microwave in room or hall.
