Most of the staff were very friendly. The woman at the check in desk was rather smartly. No smile. People at reception need to leave their moods at home! The room was very clean just could use some work. Food in the restaurant was good. Nice service.

An extremely practical staying- everything you may need is offered. A very well laid out bedroom, spacious and comfortable with good quality mattress and pillows. A bath tub and real double bed makes it a luxury that not many hotels offer these days. The breakfast was as expected from a top level hotel and I recommend it. Above all the staff was extremely attentive, empathetic and helpful. Good restaurants with a variety of food types are offered inside the space (World Trade Center).

Feel like home in Bucharest. If prices is will be more better it will be perfect

Great to be back after 4 years to see the Steak restaurant still open and breakfast options 👍 Decor looks tired, bed very comfortable room 809 wallpaper by the bathrom door peeling and bath not draining. Needs some TLC. Definitely recommend still value for money when you pre book

Great Hotel. The staff was excellent and provided great advice on great restaurants. The room was huge, and bathrooms were spacey. The hotel was by bus line to airport which made getting and back very convenient and inexpensive.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are adequate, but the condition is very worn out.

I liked that they had anything you needed onsite. The staff was so friendly!

My time at the Pullman Bucharest was wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made me smile every time I walked through it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated my room request without any problem. The restaurants were great. The Steakhouse was superb, and the food available at the bar was also delicious. Two of the bartenders were especially cool - Emilia and Felicia. They are wonderful servers and friendly, kind people. I recommend this hotel to anyone. There is a nightclub in the building, which is great for those who love to dance, but it can also be loud. Ask for a room far away from the nightclub if you want peace and quiet, especially on the weekends. Another advantage of this hotel is that several other useful businesses are located in the same building. There's a pharmacy, a bank, a dry cleaner, a postal center, several stores that sell clothing and a few other shops in a small shopping center connected to the hotel. They make things very convenient, especially if you're staying for a few days.

Classy and modern

This is a good place to stay in a nice part of Bucharest. It's next door to the Romexpo event center, so it's ideal if your plans involve something going on there. The dining options are wonderful, with a steak house, a cafe and a bar with a full menu all inside the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and kind. There's a beautiful park right across the street. Try to get a park view room if you can. This hotel has a definite downside. There's a nightclub in the basement, and on the weekends the music from the club is very loud, especially if your room is anywhere near the club. After not being able to sleep because of the noise the first night, I was given a quieter room farther away from the club the next day. That first night was awful though, and prevents me from wholeheartedly recommending this hotel.

Very clean, quiet. Super nice staff. We needed a baby crib and they offered one in few minutes, free of charge. I will be back.

Everything was excellent. Really nice hotel, very friendly, good service. My only comment would be that they need to get new mattresses, but after a long flight, we passed out anyway!

Good all round hotel in close proximity to the airport

The hotel is located in a great location. Minutes from the airport and near the Hard Rock Cafe and the Great Beer Hall. The staff was extremely pleasant and polite. My room was very clean and fresh.
