Was with family for a dance conference, hotel was clean and the restaurant was great. Only down fall was the $25 a day parking.

The hotel is outdated, the door was left opened by housekeeping twice, once for hours while we were at the park. It was propped open by a trash bag of linens. This was very bizarre. The front desk mgr could not explain why this would happen, or why the room was not serviced and a bag was left with linens. The entire hotel has gone down hill, from amenities, to staff, customer service, etc. this does not appear to meet Hilton's criteria.

These rooms urgently need remodeling, everything looks and feels old and worn out, the bathroom especially. Housekeeping was good but the receptionist at check in was neither nice nor helpful. I requested an upgrade being a long time and returning customer. I know it’s not guaranteed but I’ve asked every time we go, several times per year. Hotel always replies that they will pass on the request, and every time, even if the hotel is not fully booked, they always deny the request but they do offer the upgrade paying extra! Which basically tells me that they absolutely do not care about their customers. So we will be transitioning to other hotels in the area like the Drury or other in this area. I think we’re done with Hilton after 15 years of staying there, not worth it

The room had a very bad smell. The sheets on the bed were very worn and rough.

Outdated. Way smaller than pictures made it seem. Shower and bathroom floor filthy, soap empty. Very outdated. Valet extremely slow.

Amazing stay. It’s an older property that they have kept in pristine condition. A couple of things I loved about the property first, was the pool/hot tub. Next the shower pressure and water temp was perfect. Also, the staff was friendly, professional. Last the shuttle to the parks was super easy to use.

I checked in early and they did not have a king bed ready. So I took two queens. Paid for a king. Also got a room by the highway and it was noisy all night long. I will not stay here again.

Great stay, clean, property well kept, great food options and location. However mattresses need replacement.

it was fine dont appreciate daily resort fees added on after stay. i also believe if your staying parking should be included another gottcha cost I appreciate key enterance to lot so people on area arent isomg it but “paod ahead” then get hit not necessay

Lobby was amazing and thought it was beautiful. Check in was great and friendly but room was not so great. Just basic and beds were uncomfortable. Mold in bathroom in bottom of walls. It was a place to rest our heads

Loved our stay. Comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby and pool, great and varied dining options, nice big grab and go market with wonderful choices. Will definitely stay again.

Property is a little old and outdated. Our room seemed like it was still stuck in the late 80s and updated from time to time but no modern features. Wasn’t too impressed with housekeeping where we found stains on multiple items like a couple towels and our comforter. I’ve stayed here a few times over the years but I am ready to give it up for something better.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times through the years and it keeps it’s quality consistently. Very happy with my choice.

Great place to stay

Very nice hotel within walking distance of Disney Springs. There was a free shuttle to the parks, and we had a really good time.

Very friendly people, pool, breakfast excellent. Easy walk to Disney Springs. No complaints whatsoever. Wow, maybe one, don,t order a glass of white wine at their nice bar, we think $ 25.00 per glass is ridiculous. Very friendly waiter was the first one to admit that. But, besides that, do not hesitate to go and stay in this Hilton.

Love the easy walk to Disney Springs, the quiet layout of the pool deck, the breakfast was delicious and loved the friendly, helpful staff! Dislike the $25 per day parking fee. That was terrible! The mattress in our room (865) needs to be replaced. Springs popping all night long. The pools definitely in need of attention. Black and green molds are highly visible in them. Some tiles are broken leaving sharp edges. Grout is missing in tile throughout the pool edging and needs to be ground out and replaced in many areas. We saw pool guy using net to get floating items (leaves and bugs) out of pools. While in the pool, noticed that all the dirt and debris on the bottom would be stirred up and highly visible. It was obvious that the pool had not been thoroughly vacuumed in quite some time. Both hot tub water levels were too high. Floating items could not go into the skimmers. Lower hot tub bubbler non-functional. Lastly, I was charged $34 for a single rum and coke!!??? Was told pricing was not in their control.

First off, there is no place to park while checking in. Not one thing was explained to us. Breakfast, pool, bars, restaurants nothing. The key to get in and out of the hotel gate did not work the whole time. The key did not work at the pool. We paid for breakfast and they said nothing about it and failed to give us our vouchers. Didn't explain vouchers of any sort. It was our 19th wedding anniversary we requested robes. They did nothing.
