The stay was fine. I didn't realize that breakfast wasn't included in the nightly rate until I sat down, are and then got a check. I wish I'd known. Also, parking also not included. I was surprised to see $24 extra on my check.

Very friendly staff. Greeted right away and was treated very well. Hotel and room was very clean and well kept. Parking was very easy with the attached garage. Great location. Close to lots of fun things.

Excellent location. I truly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and sanitary. The staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very convenient to Brown’s Island, which is where an event was taking place we were attending. As a matter of fact it was within walking distance, and yes I would definitely stay again. The only thing that I would probably give two stars to is there buffet style breakfast. They do charge for breakfast and the items served Are pretty typical to what most hotels serve as a complementary breakfast.

It’s kind of on the edge of downtown so I wouldn’t walk but seriously a 3-5min car ride to where most people would like to be.

Great location for Browns Island concert and downtown. Parking free with hotel key. Yummy crab cake in the 2nd floor restaurant and delicious buffet breakfast for about $20. Such friendly, kind, and helpful staff throughout the hotel. If in the area, definitely would stay again.

We really like this property. Nobody did not like was paying $52 for two old fashions at the bar. They were not even that good. $26 for 1.25 oz of bourbon is ridiculous.
For this reason, probably look elsewhere for our next trip.

This is a good, clean, mid grade hotel. The fact that it was clean was such a plus! It’s very well cleaned. However, there was no fan in the bathroom, no mini fridge in the room, and it felt muggy in there, even with the fan on. You can tell it’s been renovated or upgraded.
Again, major plus was cleanliness and I am very picky.

The drive in entrance was very restricted. No help to move your luggage, you have to get the cart & do it yourself. We had several items & was difficult.We had asked for a room with 2 double beds but were initially given a King. Went back to the desk they wanted me move my Luggage out to the the other room, when I complained one of the desk clerks came to help

My husband and I were more than pleased with our visit. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From the time we checked in until the time we left, every employee was beyond helpful. Mr. O was absolutely fantastic. He was beyond kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at a Delta on our next trip! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

I stayed a week. I'm a Senior who walks only with a walker and the staff did accommodate me 100%. From the day I arrived, lifting my suitcases for me, using the pool lift daily, till I left bringing my suitcases down and Mr O driving me to the airport. All staff were the friendliest people I've come across in a long time. They called me by name, smiled genuine smiles and were always helpful.

After a terrible experience at a different hotel (think prostitution and drug dealers) we left the first hotel after an hour. It did NOT feel safe. I went online and booked a room at this new hotel. Although it was 3x the price, it was so worth it! The gentleman at the front desk was awesome and got us in our new room quickly, although we did have to settle for 2 double beds instead of the king that I booked. The new room was clean and the shower was awesome, althoughthe tub had a very slow drain. I will definitely be back next time we're in Richmond. I won't even bother looking anywhere else.

It is a nice hotel in a good location but I was disappointed that they did not have a restaurant. They have some food you can order at the bar but it is a small variety.

Great staff! Jeanie, the 'Employee of the Month,' was extraordinary. She informed me about the location of the nearest restaurant and was thorough in her communication. Overall, an excellent experience.
