Service and cleanliness was fantastic! But the sink and bathtub faucet would only give super hot water when turned on. If you turned on the cold water in the tub, it would sputter and lose water pressure after a few seconds.

Amazing property, im a very clean person and i found the whole hotel up to my standards. The cleaning staff is a amazing. The tavern on site is good, and overall amazing customer service

Great facility, cookie a plus! Included bottled water this time as well. Happy to see they use large bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower rather than individual ones that are such a waste of plastic. Breakfast was more than ample.

Housekeeping was a delight, going out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Rooms were old. Bathroom was small. Didnt feel clean

There was a bug on the ceiling which we disposed of but another bug was crawling over me while asleep ( didnt look like a bedbug) which i squished and something else had bit me under one of my knee and had a redness and swelling in the morning. Bed sheets had small hairs on both beds. Bathroom was clean. Soap in my wife's eye bothered her a whole lot all night than expected.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. From a very welcoming check-in to a delicious, hearty breakfast the next morning, this hotel stay was nothing short of spectacular. We are planning on staying here again in a few weeks! -Jackeline

It is to noise on the first floor. The doors slammed on going. The shower had no door just a curtain water was running all in the foyer

Hotel had great restaurants within the facilities. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive.Metro about quarter of a mile. Very nice area. The only thing that was a bummer was the pool was closed for renovation. It would have been nice after a long hot day

This is a name brand and supposedly upscale hotel, Is very nicely decorated and clean downstairs in the lobby and business areas. But I will never stay at this dirty hotel again and probably never again at any Doubletree ever again. Their signature fresh warm cookies were made who knows when and while kept in a warmer...were hard as rocks. First room they put us in was filthy and had a young girl singing in the room next to us who you could hear from the elevator which was not close by the room. She apparently had headphones on so she never heard anyone trying to ask her to be quiet. That is not an excuse for poor behavior OR the hotel not having any kind of sound proofing between rooms. Next they put us in a different room and it was even less clean. But biologicals on the shower liner( looked like snot) serious soapscum on the shower head, stains on the carpet and the curtains of who knows what. Dirt all over the floor...I felt like i couldn't walk anywhere in that room at all without seeing issues. All this with a cost of more than twice what i paid at the watermark the night before. $threefifty Save yourselves and nust stay away.

Great hotel next to Tyson’s Corner with easy access to the mall. I had a room on the 4th floor however the view wasn’t great. Directly outside was the HVAC units for the hotel. It wasn’t noisy but felt like I was in an apartment.

All services were the best and high standard.

Everything was great! Walls were just a little thin. I didn't have anyone loud but i k ew the person upstairs from me or next door when they were in the shower and in the room. Nothing severe, but enough to make me and my son look at each other and wonder what that noise was and check to see if we left water running. Otherwise great location, safe, convenient to DC, anf wonderful team! As a single woman with her child i was perfectly comfortable being here.

Second stay in three weeks. Property was clean and quiet. Check in was efficient and staff was pleasant.

Great overall. One complaint is the AC noise when it goes back on.

The hotel and its outdoor areas where large and very nice. Everything was clean. However rooms did not live up to the rest of the hotel. While clean, you could hear everything. People talking in the rooms beside us, doors slamming in the hall and people walking in room above us. Also room could us more luxuries. We only got 2 towels. No table to sit and the bathroom did not have a vent fan. This us needed in evety hotel!
