This hotel is conveniently located close to the rental car return at the airport. Checking in was flawless and the room was perfect. Their restaurant has a good menu, and my server was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The convenience of its proximity to the airport was the sell. But Doubletree and its quality has gone downhill from what it used to be. The interiors are in need of an update/refresh. It looks like everything is 20 years old, and worn out/rough.

This is an excellent property but the tv cable options are very limited.

The hotel is rundown and the room we had had black mold. The room was damp and we noticed the mold on the ceiling in the morning.

It was really nice! The only thing is that the bathroom smelled kind of moldy and the bed was only moderately comfortable. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly & the room was clean.

They gave me a room without a window. It was basically a converted conference room. The shower floor is level with the rest of the bathroom so water just goes everywhere. I have never even seen a hotel room without a window. Absolutely terrible. Everything was outdated and or broken. And to top it off, the restaurant was closed for breakfast and nobody could say why.

Check in was just weird. Kris was unkind from start to finish. At the initial check in, she didn’t tell me how to find my room, how to log on to wi-fi, nothing about the airport shuttle service, and didn’t thank me for staying with us. She just slid me a key card after providing her with my drivers license and credit card. I had to ask how to get to my room. She wasn’t going to tell me unless I asked. Got up to my room and key card didn't work (flashed red) so I came back down to the desk to obtain a new one. Kris switched it for another. This entire interaction like I was inconveniencing her. Still not even a sorry. Key card still didn’t work (flashed green and red). Downstairs I go. I gave Kris my key card and then she took a weird huff and her co worker, Jordyn overheard and saw this interaction and asked what the door would do when I tried to use it. I said it flashed green and red. Jordyn said that means the door needs a new battery. Still no one said they were sorry until I finally spoke up and explained that Kris had been rude ever since I walked up to check in. Jordyn tried to rectify the situation by offering something from their market or coupons during check out. I declined as I was ready to just get in a room. Kris stepped away and Jordyn moved me to a different room and provided me with information on WiFi connection. I thanked Jordyn for her help and the key worked in the new room. Later, the restaurant vouched my beverage after hearing of of the troubles.

We stayed in a room on the 7th floor in room 103. I understand that buildings can age over time and this one is no different. While the bed was comfortable and the room clean, the only issue we found was in the bathroom. It didn't look like the sink had been cleaned and there was hair in it. There is black mold above the tub on the ceiling. Again, I know things age over time, but I would think that you would notice this.

Check in was easy, getting to our room was not. There is not enough parking for the amount of rooms so we had to park really far from our room and carry all of our stuff. Hotel is extremely outdated. Our room had stains on the bedding, hair on the bedding and in the shower. Everything needs to be cleaned. We did tell the front desk about the stains we found (around midnight after getting back from our event). She gave us new bedding to put on and coupons for breakfast the next day. House keeping knocked on our door twice before 9am which was irritating as checkout is not until 11. Breakfast was subpar and if I wouldn’t have had coupons I would have been irate with the quality. I’m pretty loyal to Hilton/Doubletree but this location is not up to Hilton standards and should be relabeled or needs major updates. The lobby is not a representation of the rest of the hotel.

I regularly stay here before flying out on early-morning flights from CVG and highly recommend. Extremely convenient, friendly staff, restaurant on site.

Close to Airport

I think this property needs a major upgrade. The lobby entrance smelled very odd and strange. The hallways are outdated. The rooms have a very loud A/C unit. This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. I will not stay again.

Safe and quiet place to stay

It was close to CVG and you were able to leave you car there and take a shuttle the airport. No hassle, everything was super easy and convenient and the staff was great.

Great spot to stay overnight and fly early in the morning.
