Everything about our stay here was terrific. Our room was very comfortable, and the service was impeccable. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinjuku Station, restaurants, and shopping. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a comfy stay. Very busy restaurants every morning Enjoyed the gym, room n in particularly club lounge the most but it’s a pity that the operating hours for bar time is way too short. It ends at 730pm. Ideally should end later so that guests can enjoy the beautiful sky line of the city more

Excellent location and the room was very nice! Bed, pillows and linens were great. The room was very clean. Close proximity to Shinjuku Station and lots of restaurants to choose from. Thanks to the helpful and kind the staff for making our stay very comfortable!

It was NOT clean in the bathroom. The floor dirt was there for 3 days and there was something like dead spider which was thete for 3 days and never cleared them.

Great service and staff at this classic fancy hotel. Good location as well, in a quiet area but only a 10min walk from Shinjuku station. Bonus: right next door to the Tokyo metropolitan government building so you can pop over to watch the night projection ‘show’ on the building in the evening.

we are returning guests due to it’s convenient location to shopping, dining and access to the airport bus right at the hotel.
One minus point , two male hotel staff in uniform approached us and sounded very unhappy when they saw us packing our stuff on an empty table placed near the washroom in hotel’s South Wing. They told us we shouldn’t be using this table but there were no signs to indicate it can’t be used. If the hotel does not want their guests to use the table they should store it away. After we left, i saw another two locals placing their briefcase on that table.

This is an amazing hotel. Top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The food was unbelievable. Definitely do breakfast and try the tempura. The bars put so much care and effort into the drinks. The views from the sky lounge are incredible. I will 100% be back.

Traveling with children so they can’t wait to eat at proper time but hotel wouldn’t allow us to feed them food or snacks anywhere except outside or in the room . We already checked out so couldn’t go back to our room . We paid to stay at the plaza lounge because our flight was at night but couldn’t eat there also except waffles that they sold. Not children friendly hotel.

This hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed for our first time in Japan. It was clean and quiet and the room was spacious. The rooms are a little bit dated but this did not deter from the comfort of our stay. The mattresses were a bit firm so that may be bothersome to a few folks but I was very satisfied overall with our time here!

Fantastic. The location is great- about an easy 7 minute walk to Shinjuku station with plenty of things to see and do in the area. It is in a quieter part of Shinjuku. The room itself was perfect for two people. Spacious and clean. Recommended. I’d stay again

I have been staying at Keio the past few years and noticed the quality of service has declined. The staff used to be super helpful and courteous and I didn’t get that sense of welcoming the past couple of years.

The staff are amazing. Located in a convenient location. Breakfast is very good. Premier stay guests have great perks like free tea time and cocktail hour. And access to the 47th floor sky lounge. The bathrooms are really nice. Love the big soaking tub. And the views from the guest rooms are nice!

Great luxury hotel with lots of dining options nearby. Staff is very friendly and welcomig.
There is laundry service in the building, which is very cheap to do it yourself.
I stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed my time.
The breakfast in the morning was great. There were a few options for buffet.
The first room I stayed in was a king size bed in the south tower on the 21st floor and it was quiet and great. However, when I needed to stay one extra night I opted for a cheaper room, which ended up being a twin double bedroom in the North tower on the 17th floor, and the walls were paper thin and I could hear lots of neighborly sounds. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Only complain is we have to take taxi (about 5 mins drive) to the busiest business district in Shinjuku. Otherwise I love the hotel very much. The subway station is about 200 meters away. Very convenient to everywhere.
