Nice hotel, but the view we had was terrible. It was The inside of the hotel. Couldn’t even have our curtains open to get some sunlight in the room. That was a huge bummer. The pool area was disgusting. It was trash EVERYWHERE. You can tell it’s not attended to often.

Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The only issue i had was the young lady at the front desk. I'm not sure if she was having a bad night but she was rude during check in. Other than that i really enjoyed my stay

Staff was friendly

The lady at check in around 7 was friendly. Room was clean. I wen to a family event and when I came back at 4:30 am there was no parking. Then the security guard pulled out of a spot and said I could park there...front row - nice! Then the nightshift lady came out telling me I could not park there and that I would be towed. I said there is no a no parking sign and she said she did not care and consider myself warned. Rude. I got up super early to make sure my car was not towed and the front desk clerk said that security usually puts a cone there and I asked if I was going to be towed, and she said no, she would not call the tow company. I went back to bed for a few hours.

First I checked and was given a room that belonged to someone else. Thank goodness, I didn’t walk in on something that I would never forget. I know mistakes happen, but that doesn’t need to ever happen again. However, this is one of our go to hotels when we’re in town, and it’s comfortable and nice.

Our toilet was not working our room smell like cigarettes the pool was not open and it was very filthy.

Staff were very polite and answered questions without hesitation. The room was overall very neat and the housekeeping was okay. The only two negative comments are, a spill wasnt propely cleaned. You could still see spots like somebody didnt really try to clean it, and on the first night there was a big roach by the restroom. No big deal but its unpleasant to see. Overall not a bad place but probably wont be staying here again. Almost forgot to say that the elevators on one side of the hotel werent functional. So i had to walk across the hall to get to the elevators on the far side. No big deal but cmon i stayed 4 nights and it still wasnt fixed.

Two ladies at the front desk were rude to my father when he was checking in. He will not be staying at any Doubletree Hilton property anymore.

Huge hotel. In need of some deep cleaning in the rooms. Walls, door's, ceiling and furniture were dirty. The pool was ok but full of bugs even after we cleaned it ourselves. Good location close to a lot of restaurants. Better to eat outside than their menu for the price.

The AC is not working..hallway was too hot.

The minute we arrived we were greeted with the most friendly and kind staff member. She treated us wonderfully and it was an amazing choice to stay for my fiancés and my first trip to Dallas!

The bed was horrible. Extremely hard for me to the point it caused cramps and backaches.

Couldn’t easily get a good got shower, sheets were dirty. Found bloodstains on the underside of the sheets, stains on the bath towels, and the AC didn’t work in my room. Wouldn’t go back.

The room and bathroom were very clean which is why I paid the money to stay here. The pool area was awful. It was unlocked behind the building so anyone could use it and clearly people had. All chairs but one were broken. There were no tables or umbrellas, no plants. Trash, shoes and clothes were lying all around the pool area. The other weird thing was that the thermostat in our room reset itself in the middle of the night. So we would lower the temp before bed then wake up hot in the middle of the night because the temp was back up. Overall, the hotel wasn’t bad. A clean room with comfy beds is my biggest concern and that was met. I thought the beds and pillows were nice, husband thought they were not. Super convenient location for UT- Dallas so will likely stay again.

Clean and staff helpful

I like that check in was easy & you provide those delicious warm cookies. The room was clean and cool on auto AC, so no adjustment needed. The staff was very pleasant and accommodated our needs. We loved the breakfast options & there was a $14.95 fee NOT free but you can charge it to the room. I highly recommend exploring the shoppoing square across the highway as there is a tasty Peach Cobbler Factory store.

They charged $15 for parking. The breakfast is too plain for $22

The front desk receptionists were extremely rude that’s day and night shift. I doubt i’ll be back to this location even the housekeeping had horrible attitudes! When we went down for breakfast the lady at the podium was just on her phone not acknowledging us.
