This hotel was wonderful! The service was amazing. We were close to restaurants and the airport shuttle was great, Rooms were very clean, comfortable and large.

The property is outdated in the rooms. The wallpaper has been pealed off in the bathroom. The pocket door is very hard to open and close.
Beware they do not make you aware of a $10 per night parking charge until you check in. This hotel is in a business district with plenty of parking not a down town property with limited parking. The lot was half full.

Rooms are dated but very convenient and served our purpose of wanting to be walking distance to Discovery Park.

Dirty diapers in my room and blood in sheets have pictures to prove it also forgot my Burberry bag and I called said they have it in the lobby and when I went to get it apprareebtly they didn't find it

Airport shuttle services were fantastic! Thanks, OLGA & Diane. Housekeeping staff CRIS kindly assisted me with my delicate necklace before heading out to a wedding event. I could never put it on myself! I could've sworn a complimentary breakfast was included when I booked. Only wish I had a microwave in my room tho.

Everything was good except that I was charged for parking. Next time I'll look for a hotel that doesn't add on $10 just for parking while I'm staying there.

With a very early morning flight, the shuttle service and delightful staff is greatly appreciated. Bistro staff is friendly, but they do appear to be stressed and short staffed. Noise level in Bistro by loitering guests gets a bit loud, and not everyone enjoys jazz when trying to relax with a meal. It will be interesting to see what changes the new owners make.

The property was old and smelled musty. Airport transportation stops at 10PM. It took us 40 minutes to check in and they said it was because we booked the wrong room type on expedia. The staff was a bit combative about the fact that we did not book directly. Also they made us sign something saying we wouldn't party in the room....never seen that before.

Took shuttle from airport great ride & conversation, check in was great! I ate ate the bistro thst night everyone was friendly & accommodating.....change of shift am horrible...I called to see if I could get the shuttle earlier, for my departure, I was hung up on! I went down to the desk very rude as well as all the people working in the Bistro...Der was the worst & ended being the shuttle driver to the airport! The boss was my shuttle driver on my way there & was at the hotel that night...I didn't see him in the morning.....Thank you

I truly enjoyed my stay! Used the shuttle to and from the airport. Enjoyed the dinner options within the hotel. And the softest and whitest towels I've seen in years anywhere! The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet and every staff who I dealt with understands what hospitality means. No one paid me for this review, I just wanted them and you reading to know, this was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Pros: clean, lots of open parking, Starbucks in lobby, EV chargers, location
Cons: uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows, TV at side of bed making it uncomfortable to watch it, charged $10 per night to park not disclosed anywhere or told to us at check-in, dated decor (every room and hall in rust, brown, beige and edges of wallpaper sealed unprofessionally with lots of caulk), only one luggage cart to be found at checkin and checkout

Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself, including the hallways rooms and bathrooms are like 1970s Soviet Union. Awful. Time to renovate or close this hotel. I paid $200, and it was probably equivalent to a motel 6

The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly, The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The airport shuttle was a bonus. The hotel has a nice dining area and the food was very good. I highly recommend the hotel.

The staff is always pleasant. Shuttle service to airport has outstanding personnel. Guests with children should be more considerate after hours(no constant stomping for when in upper rooms) and NO ONE should be allowed in the bistro in large bare feet eating while feet are propped on chairs by other diners.

My menu and guide options on the tv did not work. They swapped out remotes and it still didnt not work. They suggested I unplug and plug back in the tv. The only issue was the desk the tv sat on felt mounted to the ground and I could not move it a single inch. Being in a room all night in silence was a horrible experience

I enjoyed the stay here, place was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was soft and very comfy. Everything seemed clean as well, would stay here again. Only complaint which isnt on the hotel us there is nothing around so better have a car or be done for the night.

This is a basic, good travelers hotel. One thing though... we stayed two nights here... one coming into Sac and one going out... with time in between. The room deposit the first night was a $75.00 hold on my cc. The second visit was a $250.00 hold on my cc... which is far too expensive for a hotel room costing roughly $150 per night. And why such a huge difference for exactly the same rooms?? I would not stay here again.

It was an overnight for an early 6AM flight at the airport. The shuttle drivers were professional, friendly, and accommodating. It seems to be common if you book through a third party at many of our locations, your room is as far from the front desk as possible. It was loooooonnnnnnggggg walk at this location.
