There aren’t any elevators and the stairs are difficult to get suitcases up the stairs. It’s very loud outside the doors because they’re outside

The residence Inn is more like an apartment complex than a hotel or other residents in. I guess that might appeal to some people, but I wasn’t a fan. The room itself was in decent condition and you could tell it had been renovated at some point. Bed, bathroom, kitchen, common space or all fine, but nothing exciting. Would stay again, but not my typical Marriott experience.

Extremely comfortable stay, very much with the at home feel. What I appreciate most is the all-purpose environment, allowing access to more than basic amenities.
I highly recommend and plan to always book with Residence Inn/Marriott.

Not advertised correctly as the pictures in Expedia. Not a high-rise, they’re small apartments. The smell of weed is all over the place. I’m calling Expedia and asking for some sort of refund. This place was borderline ridiculous. Positives- super convenient to amazing area. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was free but poor. For 200.00 per night, I would’ve chose another option.

The grounds are not kept and short staff. If yiu are not on the list for housekeeping, your room won't be serviced. However, the front desk staff doesn't inform you of the housekeeping list when you are checking in, so I don't know what the protocol is.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was on the dark side at night. Everything, including bathroom was super clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was just ok but sufficient. No fresh fruit or yogurt but EXCELLENT strong coffee!

We arrived pretty late the night we checked in and found out the 2 room suite i reserved was not available anymore. We were not thrilled but they did give me 2 smaller rooms. It ended up working out better due to having 2 bathrooms instead of one. So overall a good stay. Thanks.

The property setting, location, room design & contents. Nice kitchen with most supplies. The complementary breakfast and the gym are much appreciated.
I did report that the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. Several areas around the build were in need of repair.
One thing we had to ask for was dish soap, we did have soap for the dishwasher. The final item is the pillows neither of the two choices weren’t firm enough and I had ept waking up with a stiff neck.

I paid for a certain room and paid extra for the room. On Expedia paid an extra per person fee for the room and when we got there their was a different room listed.I was told all the other rooms were booked so my husband slept on the floor for the three nights. I only chose that hotel because of the two beds and couch suite. It was 2 1/2 hour ride to and from out the city. Otherwise I would have just stayed in the city and saved money on Ubers subways, and buses. Do not book on this site.

Love the space, full kitchen, living area. The carpets should be replaced or updated to vinyl however as we did find quite a few stains. The breakfast options are your basic eggs cereal muffins bagels and waffle machine. In my experience, I did not find any fresh fruit. The drive up from City Center can include tolls or scenic drives around. Parking was easy to find and the area is overall quiet.

Good sized clean rooms that are in relatively new condition. The property itself looks like apartment buildings and isn't too busy. Staff are helpful but service can be on the slow side. You have to request house keeping at the front desk and specify what you need to be done. Breakfast is decent with eggs, waffles, cereal etc. would be great if they had caffeinated tea but otherwise I have no other feedback.

Hotel is dated. Room smelled like old cigarettes. Door did not work correctly and we had to manually push in the deadbolt to be able to close the door once opened. Would take several attempts to open the door. Had a very large draft from the door as well. Sometimes it would lock, sometimes not. Market pantry is practically empty. Hotel staff are pleasant, that's it. Bed is very firm, but also not very comfortable for me. Did not sleep well. I would not stay again

Good hotel and good location with restaurants close by. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was a bit sparse when we went down. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the room and bathroom
has everything you need. The room needed some maintenance and paint in a few places which should be looked at but otherwise a good stay. Can’t stand the smell of pot in the hallways and elevator.

We spent five nights while visiting our family from out of town. The police was very comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

Be sure and look at all of the photos for this property. The first photo in the hotels app is not actually the hotel. When we pulled up it looked very different than what I expected. Lobby was small and a bit dingy. It is also a good bit outside the city center so if you are planning to go to the downtown area much it is a bit of a drive.
