The door lock did not work correctly.

Nice quiet area not far from restaurants and the mall. Brittney the front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming and very professional.

When I got there around 5p they had to go check if my room was ready and the pool is closed til next year was not told that when I booked this back in June which was very disappointing.

The breakfast was yummy but there really needs to be a bigger space or signage stating which way to enter/exit. Just a little congested. The size of the room was great.

I was sad the pool was not opened. The room had a foul odor. Couldn't tell for sure, but it smelled like the last tenant smoked in the room. I bought a room freshener and it helped.

5 STARS across the line!!! First the staff was welcoming, super friendly, registered us fast, and gave us detailed directions to our beautiful room. The room was absolutely perfect. More than I ever expected for the price I paid through Booking.com. Huge clean kitchen with stove, dishwasher, big fridge, glasses, plates, everything you need. A huge leather-style couch that opens into a queen bed. A huge closet space that divides the bathroom from the king bed. Office desk area with a big screen TV that swivels from bedroom to lounge area, full view capability. They really thought this design through to the T. I did NOT want to leave, I will find a reason to visit this area again just to stay in this amazing hotel!

Plenty of room, clean, and decently located between Phily and New York. Staff was great.

The internet Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent. It connects and disconnects several times a minute and is barely functional.

Excellent staff. Checked in at 4:00 am. Staff had a great attitude very accommodating. In the evening remote needed batteries, called housekeeping no answer, walked to front desk staff put new batteries in in the remote. Nice to feel like my business mattered

Some trash left in room. Toilet area not cleaned thoroughly. Tidy up myself. Overall great stay

Pool was closed. No one had any information on when it would be open. Had to call more then once about room service requests to be fulfilled.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The set up is really cute. When first pulling up it reminds me of a little condominium complex. Our room wasn’t in the main building. For the price of this place, it’s really a great value! Our room was clean, the kitchen provided all of the essentials you could ever need for your stay. There was even a dish washer! The bathroom was a little small but the vanity area had plenty of space. They have shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers installed on the shower wall which was convenient and they smelled really nice. The bed was firm but comfortable. Big windows provide a lot of natural light. We didn’t use the fireplace but it had one. I have no complaints. It felt very homey and comfortable for our stay and I would 100/100 percent recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area! We will use this hotel permanently for any traveling in the future! I liked this place so much I asked about monthly rates. They do offer special rates for those looking for extended stays. I don’t know the pricing for it but it is available. And checkout is at 12 so you don’t have to worry about waking up super early and rushing to leave right away.

At check in, I told the front desk that I had paid for the two rooms I reserved through Booking .com, despite that, my debit card was requested for and subsequently charged. I raised the double charge issue with Residence Inn and the Manager told me to process my refund from Booking.com Between both companies, I was being tossed around to get my money back, As of today I am yet to get a refund from either company.

I loved the lay-out of the room. The breakfast was yummy and there was always plenty of food. The staff were friendly and talked to us. The facility was clean and well manicured. It was a pleasant stay.

I don't recall having anything I did not like.

The room and bed were in good condition and the shower had good flow. Overall met expectations.

The breakfast area was very congested with no clear flow. It made getting breakfast on a Saturday and Sunday very annoying. Additionally, some of the pillows were dead and we were able to get one of them replaced.

AC was not great - we had the misfortune of having a room where it was wasn’t working and they had installed a stand alone unit which worked however it was so loud it was impossible to sleep. the staff did comp us for one night but it was not ideal.

Easy acces to each room from outside. Kitchenette was nicely equipped. Room ready on time.

Pool not open yet! Fire pit not working until we fixed it ourself! Waffle machine broken. Tide breakfast area- it was hard to navigate if there were people on each side- should be more open

Very good. Coffee and eggs were delicious.

TV reception could have been better and a TV guide would have been very helpful.

I dont even know where to start... Well let start with checking in. The staff was extremely off-putting and co-workers seem to have a lot of animosity tension between them. Additionally the bed sheet and comforter was extremely itchy and last but not least the futon was in dismay with an absurb amount of stains not to mention the variety of crumb for critters to snack on... overall it wasnt a pleasant experience and hope you do better next time

Very nice location. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was lovely. Next time I will ask for a ground floor room.

I had to walk outside to get to breakfast room. I was on second floor, no elevator.

We went to the lobby twice and asked for bedding for the pull out couch and called and left a message once for housekeeping and they never delivered the bedding. The property in general seems to have gone downhill in the past year.
