Very convenient for station and comfortable stay. We had a room at the back which was quiet but other family members were at the front and said it was noisy till late.

The main factors in booking for us were the very central location and the hotel car park. It's a nice hotel and we had a good sized room in a great central location. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

Honestly, the location of this hotel is amazing. It's in the middle of Worcester and directly across from the railway station. It was perfect for us to base ourselves out of while working locally. The hotel is lovely and does have a vibe of a bygone era while being charming and welcoming. Check in was easy, our room was sizable and had everything we needed. We had the breakfast only one of the mornings and it was decent and with a few options to choose from. There is areas of wear and tear in the hotel, like tatty carpets, but it wasn't too bad. Probably just needs a spruce up. However, our rainfall shower head in our room actually broke off while my partner was in the shower (pins on the ball joint to adjust it just snapped from years of wearing), so some areas do need looking into with the property. Even saying that, it was a nice place to stay and I would definitely do so again in the future.

Stayed here in the past but the hotel is now very tired.

The room was generally clean, but the bath panel was not finished to the standard of the rest of the room and the room didn't appear to be vacuumed during our 5 day trip.

Hotel ok, reasonable helpful, just very noisy at 5am with the sea gulls! Swimming pool good and reasonable clean.

Everything was very good and I'll certainly stay again

I stayed just. One evening for a race I had, fast check in, beds comfy, rooms a good size, and plenty of car parking

The hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to shopping and the Cathedral. We enjoyed our pub dinner at the hotel and the staff was helpful, especially Andrew at reception. We chose well!

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s a decent hotel with lovely staff. However this time I stayed above the kitchen. The extractors were on all night and the room was boiling. There was a fan but too noisy especially with the noise of the extractors from the kitchen. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said sorry. That’s my only criticism really, each time I’ve stayed the rooms are always too hot.

Nice hotel in the city centre with parking. Comfortable bed and during the hot weather the room came with a fan - nice touch.

Overall okay for a business trip, a bit tired but generally clean. Helpfull staff. Looks like the Hotel is supporting the government and helping our friends in need

Great hotel and a very friendly staff. The smiming pool is nice, not very big.but enough for swimming. The fitness center is amazing, with many équipments. The seagulls are a little bit noisy during the night, but the room is large and confortible.

Comfortable and convenient to the restaurants and town centre. It is only a 10 minute walk from the catherdral and river. The parking behind the hotel is a necessity. However some of the rooms are above the street so can be traffic noise.

Excellent facilities, city centre location, clean room and a tasty breakfast buffet. I will definitely book again.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved staying here, we arrived late at night as a stopover on our way to Cornwall. The beds were comfortable and everything felt fairly new and clean. Situated perfectly in the city but the way the rooms are arranged meant it was peaceful and quiet. Thank you for looking after us

Pretty tired place. Nothing terrible or exceptional. Didn't have dinner there as restaurant didn't even open til 7:30pm and I needed an early dinner. Breakfast good buffet selection Surrounding area quite run down.

The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the station. The staff are friendly, hospitable, helpful, and the food is fantastic. Breakfast is first class. Very comfortable.

The only thing I would complain about was the shower in 2 of our rooms. In one it was impossible to control the temperature. Otherwise we enjoyed our short stay. Very good value.

Could not access the parking due to the road being closed for 3 hours. Room was very warm, had to request a fan.

Certainly not four star if that’s what you are expecting- I’ve been to some of the best four star hotels in the world and this isn’t one- pool area desperately needs refurbishment, carpet smelly and old … one plus the shower pressure was great and the pool staff member was good.

Only there for one night as we were watching cricket at Worcester New Road. Perfect for us. Enjoyed the pool in the hotel and a nice breakfast.

Parked car and pleasantly greeted at reception. Room was comfortable. Unfortunately air con not working on bite day. Fan supplied as No engineer coming out on a Sunday . Monday evening it was great back up And working. Breakfast fine good value. Although some special orders took time to arrive. But plenty on buffet.

It's ok. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's in serious need of modernisation and I've never heard sucha squeaky floor in all my life. Staff were lovely, breakfast was great. This could be such a nice hotel, with some investment
