The accommodations were great. During check in I was asked how often I wanted my room attended. I responded daily. Housekeeping never made a bed nor changed the sheets during my six days there. I received towels twice. One day I left the trash out in hallway for emptying.

There were ants in the bathroom sink area & toilet/shower area. They were also on the towels. Also in the hallway near the elevator. Had to get housekeeping to clean it up & bring new towels. Couldn’t use the sink area. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this Marriott!

The desk agent was very nice. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom floor had some hair piled in a corner but other than that was clean.

My room had a roach on the TV so I got rid of it (it’s Florida so I understand there are bugs). However, the next morning there were 3 small ones on the desk. I stay was only a two night stay and housekeeping never arrived. I’ll let the front desk know these things on my departure and I was told that a two night stay doesn’t warrant housekeeping. Based on the bug situation I beg to differ.

Would have been a 5star all the way through but one of the beds made a terrible sound everytime you rolled over and the fridge didn’t have any shelves on the door so we couldn’t put more that one water in at a time because my husband had to use th3vrest of the fridge for his diabetic medication

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing to go to the cafe and have some great food

Unfortunately I booked one of the more expensive per night rooms which was a 1 bedroom and living room room with a pool side view and balcony. When I checked in and went to the room there were no chairs on the balcony and every other balcony has chairs. I booked a room for 5 nights and continued to ask everyday to get 2 chairs and was constantly told that they would asked maintenance since they were booked. Unfortunately I received chairs and I also asked for pillows for the for the couch bed and never received them only blankets. I was there with family and together we had 2 rooms that were exactly the same type of room and had to borrow pillows from them. Very unacceptable and such a inconvenience especially since we were moving our daughter down there for college and her school is affiliated with this hotel for discounts.

The bed was excellent , room quiet and dark curtains , very good nite sleep

When I came inside for check-in nobody was at the front, i had to take a sest before someone finally showed up. At check out I asked the gues service agent for assistance with having a trolly be sent to my RM and she never bothered to see my requwst through and when i followed up with her on it she seemed confused at the mention of it and totally uninterested in Trying to do anything about it nkw that it was addreesed to her in person vs over the phone when the request made

Very poor asked when i booked if i could have esrly check in was advised yes. Was then made to wait 4 hours for room. Room was dirty 2 days no room service I asked for room service they said we will have to see if they are to busy. This is no way to run hotel

The hotel is well kept but run down and in need of a refresh. Bathrooms clean but older and a little dingy. Had to wait a long time for order of food. Breakfast buffet might be a better idea.

The place is quite and staff is friendly

Everyone was friendly. Everything was in walking distance. Staff was very friendly. I will stay here every time I’m in Ft. Lauderdale

Place was perfect and smelled good no complaints. The only thing I suggest is to get deeper fitted sheets for the mattress.

Nothing is wrong with this property, just wished it was equipped with a kitchenette.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel, but I missed the daily room service and got therefore no refills of coffee for the coffee machine in the room. Also the lobby didn't offered any free coffee, only lemon water.

Other than the location, I never had the Marriott feeling. Lousy front office staff who are probably aware of the side entrance doors not working with access keys but don’t want to acknowledge. Even water was not available in the rooms. The ones that was placed had a price tag of $5 each. No water fountains in the floors either. Just one flavor of coffee whether you like it or not. Very little options for dining in the facility. Felt like an updated motel.
