Very reasonable rate. Staff was friendly.
Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very clean, with unlimited hot water, and powerful showerhead.
Nice selection of food for breakfast. Breakfast area was kept clean.
Not sure what more you could ask for, in a hotel at this level.

The staff was friendly and the room comfortable. My only gripe is that the front desk collects a $5 charge on check in ‘due to rising costs.’ I get things are expensive, but being blindsided for five bucks after paying online in combination with the tacky homemade sign just feels wrong. Just increase the price of the room $5 and get rid of the ghetto sign.

It was a older hotel in the elevators were a little scary. The room was remodeled but in the bathroom it felt like the spigot in the shower was coming off. I know I only paid $148 but I was going to a funeral and 148 is a lot. The lady at the desk was very nice and I believe she was the same lady when we were checking out as well. She was very helpful when we asked her questions and even gave us directions to the church we needed to get to.

Our thanks to Ms Gina (front desk staff). She made us feel welcome and provided us with amazing service. Her politeness at all times made us feel very comfortable.
The room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff were very professional.
The hotel breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were limited and the quality was subpar . We are coffee lovers : COFFEE WAS SUBPAR !!!!

It was very relaxing as always, i got my usual room over by the pool. I visit family and friends when i come since i moved from Florida. I even extended my stay for a few extra days, it's so peaceful and there are restaurants very close by, a mall and movie theater. I think everyone should give it a try.

Things were in flux. Elevator was rough. Mini fridge and microwave stacked in bathroom is less than ideal. No tv guide. Front staff was pretty solid. No pool towels or mention of what to do about them. Checkout was easy.

Very quite. When our mini fridge wasn’t working the staff were very quick to come fix it. We just wish they had a better selection for breakfast. Over all a good stay!

There was roaches in the room it was clean looks like the hotel was redone but there was roaches in the room it was very well kept and nice but I couldn't deal with roaches!

I stay here when I am passing thru Orlando. The rooms are always clean and the staff is amazing. They treat you very well and are helpful in every way. Gina is especially nice and provides great customer service.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It appears the rooms where renovated with last year or so as they had vinyl flooring vs. carpet and it appeared to be recently painted. Parking was plentiful and check-in was easy. Right off I-4 so very convenient to downtown Orlando and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

First, the warmest welcome of Monika! She explained to me every facilities in the hotel. All the good restaurants near and their specialities. Every morning she asked me if every thing was all right for me with her constant smile and kindness. Thank to you Monika, those six days were really perfect. All the complex was really clean and the pool too.

Great location, close to restaurants. Breakfast is included and offers a good selection. Property shows signs of wear and tear throughout but room was clean and service was good.

The air conditioning in room 236 makes a lot of noise, other than that, everything was great.

It was close to Resturant’s and shops. It could use some upgrades. Elevator not clean paint or paper peeling off walls.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are nice. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and have no complaints. The pool is beautiful. Both times we had rooms with a pool view.
