for this to be a marriott, it was sorely below the Marriott standards. Every hallway we found the wall paper seams curling and coming apart- on ALL the halls. The elevator needs updating! Our room sink was cracked- the 2nd room we reserved, the sink wouldn't drain. Overall, the property inside needs attention & upgraded. The outside looks great!

Old outdated hotel. Shower not so clean. Wallpaper coming off in bathroom. Refrigerator didn’t keep cold. Breakfast was mediocre. Would I stay again. Probably not with all the other options of hotels in the area. Sucks to have to give a bad review but, it is what it is.

The staff members were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was exceptional and tasty. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

was supposed to have room ready after long day of travel at 3 pm , went back at 6 pm and still not ready , room had terrible smell of vinegar after finally ready , asked front desk to deodorize and i left again for dinner , tv channels don't work and there was noise in halll well past 11 pm , lack of management at this hotel and seems that they didn't like i was an Expedia customer

The room was just ok. The wall paper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The tub had rust around the fixtures. The hotel had a funky smell throughout, including the elevator. Almost a musty, humid smell. The pool was ok, but there was paint peeling off the ceiling over the pool. The hot tub needs work. More than half the jets weren't working. I was very surprised this was a hotel with the Marriott name. The cable was out the first day we were there. The girl at checkout did inform me of this but when you have a 9 year old with you, it would have been nice to at least have something to watch. She told us we could stream but we had to use our personal platforms to watch anything. It was an expensive stay that wasn't worth the $420 for 2 nights.

Last minute decision to go but I thought you would enjoy Any Marriott hotel. No food no food wow’s are mind No food coffee had grinder in it,water was boiling in pot( nothing in it) no fruit and milk was old it had smelled to it. Got a bagel (old)cream cheese old. I talked to breakfast attendant who tells me truck be here Monday (I’m leaving), but she gave me a old apple for my grandson (he said No)

There were unruly families, ignoring the hotels policies, letting their kids run rampant, and the parents were drunk and yelling at guests.

Property was clean however their check in system was not working and around midnight other guests were given keys to my room and walked straight in. Attempted to reach hotel manager for an explanation and was not able to get any communication resolved regarding the issue. According to front desk staff I was not the only guest with this issue that evening. Completely unprofessional and not handled appropriately regardless of computer system malfunction. Based on the lack of professionalism from the site manager I would not recommend staying here if avoidable.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Jessica at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The kids had so much fun in the pool. The only problem was the TV. It would not play. The 2 ladies had to come multiple times to reset it. It would play 30 min or less. Good thing I had a phone to play games and watch TV on. It seemed to be an on-going problem with that room #317. It was so busy we had to wait. The ladies were very friendly. Other than that everything else was excellent. Good selection for breakfast too.

Hot Tube and Pool were Out of Service during our stay. Pool 1 Day/ Hot Tub the entire stay. We had items on the floor from the prior guests and remained with us during our stay. Vacuuming of carpet must night happen regularly or even after checkout.
Elevator was very slow in operation, quicker to take the stairs.
There was a lingering aroma throughout our stay of Marijuana.
There was also a flooding on the first floor from the 2nd floor in the mechanical room light fixture.
Was shocked there was a daily charge for parking.
I was disappointed and will more than likely choose a different venue next visit.

Tough review to do. This hotel is older and needs some extra love. Lots of worn out areas. That being said, it was clean, well kept, fantastic breakfast layout, rooms were good and unworn out looking. All the staff were incredibly into doing good work. It was noticeable. And the price was less than other Marriotts in the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. But....for the owners, replacing some of the furniture (especially in the breakfast area) would be a smart thing to do for aesthetics.

The hot tub could use some attention to become better. Other than that is was a decent hotel. Not for the price I paid for the room. I have stayed before in Fairfield’s. But this was one was nothing near what I was used to. It was good but not for $150 plus tax a night
