Spacious, kitchen amenities were handy, breakfast was fine.

The pool was ice cold and unusable. There was no housekeeping any of the days we stayed at the hotel. I didn’t mind that there was no housekeeping on Thanksgiving (although it would have been nice to know in advance), but not to have it on any of the days we stayed there was a problem for me. There was also no one at the front desk much of the time, including when we checked in and checked out, but that was not a big deal.

The location was great with walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices, coffee was excellent. Loved the service with staff friendly and professional.

Found mold in the microwave. Soap out in the shower. Had to go get our own sheets and blankets for the sofa bed staff workers would not bring them to our room

I was charged twice. Booking.com charged me 323.00 and then the hotel charged me the same 323.00. Neither Booking.com or the hotel has made this right and refunded me!!

The front desk day staff was extremely rude, poor customer service and would not had stayed if I had paid already. There was no hot water for the shower!!

Professional front desk staff. The room was spacious and clean. They do not allow bachelor/bachelorette or other large-group parties. The location near shopping areas/restaurants was good.

The noise factor. We specifically asked for a quiet room and did get one away from stairs, elevator, etc. But the compressor on the first floor for the AC ran all night. Even though we were on the fourth floor, we could hear it. When the night is quiet, that hum seems extra loud. The staff also needs to enforce quiet hours. They're listed as from 10 pm to 8 am, but on two of our three nights there, there were loud people on the back patio around the fire pit well into the quiet hours and we had to call the front desk to have them quiet down. Our sleep was not the best the first two nights of the stay.

We loved the secluded patio. The place is clean. The lobby is huge and has a secluded den off to the side. The gym is really nice for a hotel and the laundry room is free. It is right off a major intersection with tons of food and activities around. It's only 10 min from downtown. And it's quiet.

We didn't have any complaints.

Staff was friendly and helpful made you feel right at home.
