Decent stay accessible location. Room was clean just outdated. A lot rust surrounding the shower and some black spots around edges inside shower. Pool and hot tub areas were clean and quiet kids. The breakfast was lackluster. But, overall enjoyed our stay it was quiet and comfortable just could use some updates m

Hotel location was good. Guest service accidentally called my room at 4am. I didn’t get back to sleep. Service desk didn’t speak or thank us leaving out.

The carpet in the room was wet throughout and the room was dirty. However, when I went to have breakfast I was pleasantly surprised, the food and staff were great. I still wouldn't stay there ever again.

Room was okay needed dusting under TV and around. Bed skirt was pulled way over in one side and on floor which was kind of sloppy on whom ever serviced our room because it stayed that way the whole week.

Did not get the room that we reserved online so had split into two rooms. Room was dirty, tub would not drain, hair in tub, broken bathroom door, rooms smelled, poor shower heads.

When i arrived to my room, there was no toilet papee in the room, the tv did not work, and the people nexr door to me were very loud. I went to told the front desk clerk. He gave me a roll of toilet paper and told me there was nothing he could do about the tv or the people next door. It had been a long day at work so i went back to my room just to go to sleep. But of course, I could not because the people next door were loud until about 2am. So, I had to sleep on the couch in the living room. Very disappointing because this is one of the nicer hotels in Canton.

Stayed for 3 nights. We needed pillows/sheets for the fold out sofa. Was told they didn’t have anymore pillows. Sheets on the bed were dirty. Bathroom was old and falling apart. There was mold on the shower drain and faucet. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency because when we checked in he took his sweet time coming inside from having a cigarette then when I went to check out he had to finish texting somebody for several mins. They also don’t have housekeeping on the weekends so our trash piled up. Wouldn’t stay again.

We were in Canton to get married last weekend and we had the best stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the location was great, but the main reason I’m writing this review is because of our front desk experience. Troy was the most helpful, kind, and hilarious receptionist. Amidst all of the chaos because of the Microsoft crash on 07/19, Troy checked us in promptly, kept a positive attitude, and helped make our stay even better. I wish every hotel had a Troy. Highly recommend.

We loved our Deluxe suite. The kitchen area was set up extremely efficient for the space it was in. The bed and living room furniture were comfortable enough.
A couple things that need attention are 1) The bathroom door would not latch nor lock. 2) The tv had to be moved manually between being able to see it from the couch or the bed. It needs to be on a swivel or mounted on the wall on a swivel. 3) The air had to be set on 78° to be comfortable. Otherwise, it never stopped running and was way too cold.
This was our first time staying at a Staybridge Hotel. We will definitely stay at them in the future.

It’s a nice property and the front desk staff was super friendly. The rooms are spacious and have a nice layout. The breakfast area had a nice selection of foods. The attendant worked very hard at keeping up on replenishing the food, but it got very busy both mornings I was there and she needed to have someone helping her. It’s too much for one person on a busier morning.

The bedding, the mattress and the pillows were amazingly comfortable. It was nice to have the extra room, and the price was very reasonable. The pool and hot tub was lovely. The breakfast was above average, with warm options as well as the usual waffle maker and cereal. The vinyl tiles in the elevator showed their age and could be updated/replaced; the edges were lifting and caught on my shoe edge.

This property is a great space. However, it smells like animal urine when you walk in and through out the hotel. Our room was gross - hair all over. Muddy dog prints on head board. Gum stuck on our iron that ruined a shirt. The breakfast was a waste - food was out at 8:30 a.m. and they were serving french fries for breakfast.

When first arriving at the hotel we were given a room that we didn’t book then told that due to overbooking from Expedia they may not be able to guarantee us the room we booked. We did end up getting it only complaint is that the air conditioning unit vibrated the whole bedroom and we stayed during a heatwave so..

Nice large suites. Full kitchenette. Great shower, only exception there is that the seals were missing from around the shower door so we had quite a bit of water on bathroom floor. Reported it to housekeeping staff member.rveryine was friendly. Very nice indoor pool and sheltered outside area with gas grills for guests use. Very nice dining area. Great stay.

I have been traveling to Canton over 30 years and this was definitely my favorite hotel experience. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The only thing i would say that needs an upgrade woukd to change all showers/tubs to walk in only with handles. Otherwise LOVED IT

Gotto the room saw the shower stall the floor looked terrible, i called front desk the lady mentioned that the installers went jnto shower stall casuing the brown stain. I got clorox and a scrubber scrubbed the floor it looked like the brown marks lessen. called front desk about kitchen cabinet door just fell off the last occupants opened it too hard. the maintenance guy came straight away. That was good. Please let visitors KNOW about the shower stalls maybe so we wont think " how could they?! Dirty shower stalls!?". Would ease our minds heehe one other thing there was a creepy man out once. Creeped me out thakful family member waitd till I got to my room. Pray the folks are close by incase God forbid anything happen to elders. Other wise i like the stay minus few Tiny thkngs

The first room I was in, toilet was broken, no extra toilet paper. I spoke with the front desk several times (for 2 days, 3 nights) and finally Gabriel was at the front desk and took care of the problem, he gave me another room. Also the second morning at breakfast there was hair in my food.
