71 Nyhavn is a really nice hotel in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Ac was lacking but they brought up a huge Dyson fan and windows opened to a great breeze every night. Ideally located with tons of restaurants and shops right on the canal. Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet every morning. They serve an italian dinner I believe but we ate other meals elsewhere.

The stay at the hotel was a rather smooth one, from a nice and warm welcome to the fast and easy checkout. The room was somewhat small, especially compared to the somewhat astronomical price of a no-view room. The lighting was also not very well suited for mornings and nights, as there aren't enough lamps in the room. The breakfast was nothing special, mostly smaller in selection to other similar hotels in other locations I've visited, but nothing to complain in quality. That's why overall I'll give it three stars. Nothing specific to complain about, but also nothing to really justify the huge price aside from the location. If the price was for a room with a view it would have been a 4-5 star experience, but that would have been almost double as it stands currently. If you have spare cash, and just plan on enjoying Nyhavn, just go ahead and visit here!

Amazing hotel at Nyhavn ! Junior suite with view as expected, large, well furnished and with a wonderful view on the harbor. Second stay here and certainly not the last !!

Great breakfast and comfy beds

I loved the canal-side. location, easy walking distance to atop notch restaurant, great pedestrian running path, photogenic scenery, excellent breakfast (delicious custom omelette !) . Just a really a wonderful place to stay - can't wait to return :-)

Beautiful hotel

A quaint hotel right on the water and in the heart of Copenhagen. You can easily walk to everything!

This hotel was in a fantastic location. The rooms are small for the price but that is just Copenhagen in general. I had an issue with not being able to adjust the temperature in my shower but the front desk staff were great. An outside contractor was called who fixed it that day but they offered to change the room for me and also comped some small items in the mini bar to make up for it when I checked out. We didn’t eat on the restaurant but the breakfast was pretty good with a diverse range of food. I would 100% stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! A shout out to Sofie who help me book a train and museum tickets!! The free breakfast buffet is amazing everything is fresh and delicious!

The air conditioning was not functioning properly. We were woken up at 8am by loud vacuuming and cleaning

Excellent hotel to stay on your holiday or to celebrate a life milestone. Walkable to a selection of dinning place, shopping, sightseeing, and more. Customer service is exceptional as well. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

The good things: excellent room. Perfect location with shops and dining options. Excellent breakfast. Needs for improvement: Shower water pressure terrible, amenities also needs some improvement, bathroom paper quality very poor, very hard for our tastes. One thing that we cannot figure out is that the TV automatically turns off after about an hour every time. Never has happened to us. Since it is an identified dog lover hotel we brought our 2 kg dog with us. After 25 hours of traveling without slept at the counter we where told that we needed to wait another 3 hours for our room. Imagine…! We don't choose our timing in selecting a flight, we get what they have so we got at midday to the hotel. I would recommend to the hotel to be more sympathetic to this kind of persons. Otherwise the hotel is fine.
