Beijing holds a special place in my heart. I am very happy to have chosen the peninsula Beijing for this trip, the warm welcome and hospitality has made my stay memorable. I will highly recommend this place for others, not only for its upkeep of cleanliness, in particular for its impeccable service in all aspects, making one’s stay at home.

A taste of pure luxury in the heart of the tourist area of Beijing. All staff and facilities were excellent. I especially enjoyed the work of the concierge staff who organised three different tours for us.

I have to say that the lobby of this hotel is peculiar, although it’s beautiful it’s really a mall with a hotel dining room and a small check in area on the side, it feels less important than it should. Having said that the staff os excellent and tge service is what you expect from a peninsula hotel, very kind and accommodating. The rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. I would recommend.

The internet is super slow. Almost impossible to use. There was some kind of VIP guests stay at the hotel. The security police people are very rude to our regular guests. Don’t recommend to stay here if the police are all over the hotel and treat the guests like criminals

I was greeted by the guest service officer upon my arrival and led me straight to our room. All transactions , like issuing of keys and copies of passports, were done in the comfort of our suite. Bed was heavenly. And the room was very clean. The lay out of the room is just perfect from the massive bathroom to having their own nook for our luggages.
Concierge is always so helpful. It made our stay so seamless.
Peninsula Beijing is perfect , especially for first timers and those discerning travelers who require comfort, cleanliness and top guest services.
Location is also good as it is in the center of everything, just a kilometer away from forbidden palace and other historical places and

Unlike other Peninsula Hotels, seemingly a mall-like “lobby”, though Hermes, Chanel and LV are the stores, it still feels like a Mall. Lobby Lounge lost its usual glamour as being a destination in major cities where The Peninsula is located.
Unfriendly security check when you enter, regardless if you are a hotel guest or store goer. It was horrendous.

Very good stay for the family, everyone praised the room and the in room amenities. Although some of the interactive tech is a bit confusion for the adults, but definitely fun for the kids. Love to stay here again given any chance revisit to BJ

This hotel is by far the best 5* hotel I have stayed in to date. The suite was fantastic, the service is unbeatable by all different teams within the hotel, and the location is brilliant. If you are heading to Beijing, you will not be disappointed if you book to stay here.

Beautiful, comfortable duplex suite and excellent service from the concierge, bellmen, and housekeeping staff! Location was perfect! My only “complaint” was that the breakfast at the Lobby every day was unimpressive, as was the wait staff. Not terrible, but certainly not up to par with other similar-tiered hotels.

2ヶ月前The Peninsula Beverly Hillsでとても快適に滞在できたので、初めての北京の家族旅行の滞在先にここを選びました。北京のペニンシュラはリノベーションされ設備は新しく清潔でした。接客は誰もがとても丁寧で、コンシェルジュはレストランの予約や、中国に来てから急遽決めた上海旅行への高速鉄道の切符も、相談すると難なく手配してくれて頼りになり助かりました。本当に残念だったことは、チェックインをした部屋に置かれた無料の水のボトルに、誰かが開封して数口飲んだ後とみられる1本が混ざっていたことです。それでも、ペニンシュラでこれなのだから旅先では自身が気をつけなければ仕方がないと怒る気持ちにもなれないほど、今回も快適な滞在ができました。
