I had a very pleasant experience!

The lounge area and outside is very nice but the inside of the livingroom area in the rooms along with the bathroom of the suits are so outdated. Livingroom couches are from the 70s and the bathroom was so nasty I wouldn’t even sit on the seat and i put a towel in the shower because I refused to stand in there to shower it was gross.

Loved the room design/layout and the gym is awesome

definitely a perfect birthday spot! it’s very beautiful peaceful and quiet depends on the rooms half of the lamp is broken and the wall art pictures has small hole watch out for the charge fee and the coffee maker isn’t workin either wish sucks because I was excited to use it other than that I would definitely come back & the breakfast wasn’t that worth it because they still make you pay for pancakes and eggs so $10 charge fee free breakfast was not worth it when they still make you pay for other which don’t make any sense at all save your charge fee.

No daily room service. Fire alarm inspections twice during the week. It was fine and would come back.

Room was not super clean. The carpet looked like it had better days. The breakfast isn't worth it. Would have rather gone to IHOP or something.

Very clean and comfortable suite at Doubletree. Love the interior skylit area of the hotel. The design is nice. Nice amenities.

Nothing to walk to And, we were charged for a night we did stay there despite catching the error weeks ago when we made the reservation

The staff and location were great; so was the restaurant inside! My only issue was there were serious signs or wear on furniture, my room’s ceiling and bathroom.

Large rooms, clean, comfortable

Stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding on a near this hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. The place is well kept and maintained.

I like that it is quiet and safe. I didn’t like that the bathroom is small and also the AC is kinda loud. Other than that it’s good

I had a lot going on at home and to be able to get out even to sleep somewhere different for a night was wonderful

floors in common areas littered with food from previous day ; condition of booths and tables: very tattered. for rate rendered, would’ve expected breakfast.

Overall our stay was a good time. The hotel Itself is very nice. The room was very dated, and pool could use an update as well. Lobby was beautiful, staff were very nice.

Very Spacious for the amount of people that was in the room.

We had two joining rooms to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . Upon checking in and getting into the rooms , I had to call the desk and have housekeeping come because the floor in one room was very dirty and didn’t get vacuumed. Also, the ac in one of the rooms was broken - maintenance came and checked it and confirmed it was not broken and was not working - so it was very hot and the windows were unable to be opened . Other than that , things were okay .

The shower head dripped water despite being turned completely off. There was also hair on the walls of the shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room.

I had a good experience and it would have been great had my privacy not been violated. I had a female literally use her key card and walk in on me. When she noticed me (not in proper form) she took what felt like forever to stand there in the open doorway apologizing. It happend again the 2nd time the next morning (I believe it may have been the same women). She knocked this time 2 knocks then proceeded to let herself into the room. I still had 2 hrs before chekout. My privacy sign was on the ground. Like the first time she (or a different woman, I'm not sure but they looked the same physique and voice)walked in the day before, i was not properly dressed. Now I will say I forgot to put the extra latch on when going and coming out of the room which explains her freely walking in on me. But that whole scenerio should not have happened not even one time.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. It was easy to book another day. Very convenient location. We will be staying there again.

Stay was cool

We had a group of kids running and screaming down the halls and banging on doors. I was in the middle of getting the pullout couch ready for the night and it’s by the front door. It was about 10pm when they banged on our door and it scared me so bad that I fell on my bad knee. We called and called up to the front desk multiple times with no answer. We finally waited 6 minutes for support to pick up and she wasn’t even local! It was after midnight and the lady on the phone admitted twice that she heard them all still being loud. It continued til about 2:40am. I have video recordings of me sitting in my room and all the excess noise outside. They said security was talking to them but I’m not sure if they ever did because it continued. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep and now I have an 8 hour trip back home. The kids were hiding out in the stair case (that DOESNT need a key) the lady on the phone tried saying they needed a key. We’ve seen their parents around earlier in the night but they were nowhere to be found throughout the rest of the night. I’m super upset with all of this and will be posting my experience along with all of the videos on social media.

This is the second time we've stayed here and had problems with the wifi even though I'm a Hilton Honors member. I had to go down to the front desk to get the clerk to help get me me connected but we could never get my wife on. When you have business to conduct, this is unacceptable. We had a reservation for March 10th that I've canceled and booked anouther hotel;.
