The room set up was fantastic. The in-room amenities were top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, newly remodeled. Close to everything we needed.
The entrance not being prominent due to the area it was built. Arriving at night made it a bit more difficult to figure out what side of the building it was the entrance.

I was seeing a customer in Downers Grove and this was a convenient place to stay for the customer and the airport. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had everything i needed.
It was a little dated, but clean. The hotel does not have a restaurant ( snacks are available ) and without a car you are very limited to where you can eat unless you want to call a cab ! There isnt much around the hotel.

Heat in room hard to regulate. Also, hall outside our room, very cold.

The late check out
Could not get coffee from hotel. I had to walk to the nearest restaurant just get a cup of coffee. I didn’t pay for the breakfast option. Coffee provided in room don’t always work out to taste.
Continental breakfast would have been a great!

The location and good size room.
Too spare. Badly soiled carpet. Loud people in hall after midnight. No luxuries. Very basic furnishings and amenities. No enough water or tea.

nice stay , we always come here when visiting.
last time we were there the overnight worker Bob tried to charge us twice after we prepaid. we were told to handle it in the morning but they kept running my card that night. the day shift manager fixed it but I didn’t appreciate how we were being handled during the process smh.
