We’ve arrived very early around 8am and Celine at the front desk offered us at the 3rd floor sauna until the room was getting ready.

I always stay in Josun hotel in Seoul. It is smaller hotel compare with other hotels around.. so not so busy in this hotel so I like it... Staffs are really friendly and kind. I think The hotel need upgrade facilities soon. It is getting slightly outdated When I stay in normal deluxe room, they hanging shared shampoo and shower gel on bathtub wall like public bath(You will received small bottles in Exclusive rooms) I felt like this should NOT be at 5 star hotel level. I will stay in Josun hotel again in future because location and staffs' kindness but definitely they need to work on lots more things to improve...

The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming. Only thing that coild be improved is the rooms, they are slightly outdated (bathtub shower, etc.) But overall it was a fantastic stay

The staffs are very kind and thoughtful, and I like the location. I am expecting to see the Nam san tower, and I couldn't make it inside hotel.

This is an outstanding luxury hotel in the middle of Seoul. Right next door to Myeong-dong (tons of shopping and dining options there). Easy walk to the subway. Lotte Department Store is right next door.
Rooms were amazing. The pool and gym were great. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. All of them speak good English. We had an amazing stay here!

Great services all around. Just the limited access to the spar facilities kind of annoying. Swimming pool was too crowded, only used it one time. The executive lounge personnel provided an excellent services. The breakfast foods & appetizers were ok, with very limited selections. Overall enjoy our stays.

The staff is extremely helpful and service is excellent. The location is so central and right next to Lotte department store. Rooms are a bit dated but I would still come back here in the future.

We got a club room. Totally worth the splurge for the extra food options and amenities. would come back here again. Great location too.

My daughter and I stayed here whilst I was visiting her in Seoul. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect. The front desk, concierge, housekeeping, room service and staff we encountered, all contributed to making us feel welcome and safe…we felt at home.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. Beautiful heated lap pool with comfortable cabanas. Was a memorable stay for our family.

The property is in a great location that is just across the road from the Myeongdong night market which makes it very convenient but gives you some respite from the business. The rooms are very comfortable but what sets the Westin apart is the service. Everyone is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I will be sure to be back whenever I am in Seoul.
