The hotel was ok. Definitely could use some upgrades and remodeling. Carpets on hallways are stained and has some smell. There was a dead cockroach on the hallway before I can take a picture the cleaning lady swept it up.Starbucks attendant in the morning was completely late for couple of times, considering we want some coffee before our morning hike. Attendant at the restaurant is quite rude. Not much to do in this hotel. The view is ok. Don’t pay extra for a view, there’s 2-3 hotels in-front of you that blocks your view of the ocean and so the mountains. I don’t intend to stay here again next time.

Very nice hotel a bit dated and certainly crowded but overall a good experience

Really nice hotel!! It was not too busy (at least in October when we went). Great location, close to the beach and near the bus. Great and helpful staff!! Room was perfect and cute. We had an ocean view and it was super nice. Great value for the price we paid!! Short walk from the malls, too.

Everything was fine except for $55/nite parking fee! That would be only complaint!

Everything was great but the beds they felt so uncomfortable like old mattress. We didn’t get good rest .

Enjoyed our stay. The room was a little tired. Handles loose on drawers. Sink kept backing up.

I thinking i was excpecting more with the daily cost and parking cost. Staff was friendly enough but the room was norging to brag about.

This is a great location on Waikiki. Close to everything. The beds are SO comfy. Nice rooms. Great staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Convenient location able to walk any where. Parking was pricy 55 dollars per night. Not to many parking options near hotel. Called multiple times to have the shower and sink fixed; was fixed on our last night. Daily resort and misc fees :( Noisy outside noise travelled up and the strikers around the corner. Wrote to the hotel about concerns not very interested in what we had to say.

When we entered the room, a pair of blue socks were left hanging by the door knob. No handsoap, didnt have the washcloth and hand towels...didn't expect this from a Hilton brand.

We celebrated our anniversary with a dream trip to Hawaii, and the Hilton Waikiki Beach made it an unforgettable experience! This was my first time visiting the islands, and the hotel's warm hospitality and stunning ocean views made us feel like we were in paradise. Initially, there was a mix-up with our room assignment, but the receptionist I think her name was Cae went above and beyond to upgrade us to the exact room we had fallen in love with on the website. The room was breathtaking, with beautiful views of the ocean and top-notch amenities. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Waikiki Beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every moment of our time at the Hilton Waikiki Beach and can't wait to return! In fact, we're already planning our next trip back to this beautiful hotel. Mahalo, Hilton Waikiki Beach, for making our anniversary celebration so special!"

Our room was on the 37th floor and had a nice view of Waikiki Beach but the cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par with our expectations. We had our room cleaned twice during our 7-night stay but it was still dusty and the bathroom was not as clean. The location is prime since it's about a few minutes walk to the beach and we parked across the street at Waikiki Banyan (weekly rate comes out to $32/day opposed to $53/day that Hilton charges). We probably wouldn't stay at this particular Hilton but would consider other ones.

I loved the pool and also that housekeeping comes to room everyday. The customer was also amazing. They let you borrow a beach chair , boogie board or surf board.

Location is amazing!

Had a family emergency and the staff and executive team were very understanding and helpful. This is my 2nd or 3rd time at this property, and I would highly recommend. Thank you and hope to be back soon.
