Very accommodating

The room wasn't very clean and looked like it could use some maintenance (holes in the ceiling, paint was flaking.) There was hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. The bed was made with two top sheets instead of a fitted sheet and it wouldn't stay on the mattress properly. The breakfast was great and made up for the lack of quality in the room.

One employee at check in with a very busy line. Who wasn’t very knowledgeable with information. Asked for extra towels and never got them.

It was so awful, changed rooms 3 times for a total of 4 different rooms. There is a new charge from today for a movie that I NEVER rented!!!! I left at 9:30am, never turned off the one channel I watched, NO movie rentals!!!!!! Worst experience ever, I should be refunded my 4 day stay!!!!! Plus the movie I never rented.

I stayed at this location a few years ago and it was a great experience.... things have gone down hill SIGNIFICANTLY since then. The room was gross. The shower drain was plugged with hair before any of us had showered. My kids literally found suboxone strip wrappers with the coffee cups in our room. The rooms are really run down. Wallpaper's peeling up everywhere, the shower handle fell off, and the toilet wouldn't flush. We had screaming, yelling and hollering in the hall from about 10 pm untill 1 am. There were blood curdling screams that could be heard from out in the parking lot. With all the security there, I'm not sure what they were doing but clearly screaming all night in the hallways isn't against the rules. The continental breakfast was a joke... by 9am everything was wiped out. Literally a few apples and oranges left. Every bin of food was completely empty... even including the cold cereal. This place has so much potential and is seriously mismanaged. I'm shocked this is still considered an Embassy Suites because it sure isn't consistent with the brand qualities or standards. It was honestly an expensive terrible experience. I'm so disappointed.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing! The breakfast was A . I definitely will stay again.

Property is a little tired. Could use some upgrades. Stayed on 5th floor, two ice/vending locations but neither worked.

I didn’t stay here and was still charged after they said systems were down Friday my family stayed there for a reunion was double charged I didn’t and was still charged

The open space in the lobby was great and the indoor pool was fun for kids. The adjoining rooms we stayed in however were not so great. Room #1 had a large Red stain on the floor, muffins under the bed, the sofa bed would not pull out and the door to the refrigerator was broken. Room #2 had Feces on the wall in the bathroom and hard yellowish stains on the bed comforter. Housekeeping did not come to clean the rooms at all.

I loved it will be returning soon.

This hotel is in need of a refresh in the rooms. Our room was not available when we arrived and waited in line for an hour to get a replacement which was comped at $75. Breakfast is great as long as you can find silverware and salt and pepper.

The staff was very personable and helped quickly with all requests!

Room could have been cleaned better. Old stains, bits of trash on the floor. Staff made up for the deficits in cleanliness.

Showed up to check in and there were about 30 other people waiting to check in. Waited for an hour and was not able to get to the front of the line before we had to leave for our event. Returned to the hotel later after event to check in and was told that no rooms were available. No explanation given, staff were not in the least apologetic or helpful. My name and confirmation number were written down on a scrap piece of paper and the girl disappeared. Several other people were in the lobby, all in same boat, unable to check in despite having reservations. Waited another hour before leaving premises around 12:30 am to return home. Would like an explanation and full refund.

absolutely loved this property! The room and hotel itself was very clean. I appreciated the crib being provided in my room as well as how clean it was. The breakfast was very impressive and delicious.

The rooms are dirty. There were leak spots on the ceiling and the sofa had so many disgusting stains all over it. The bathroom sink and tub drains don’t work well. It takes the water forever to drain. The ladies at the front desk in the evening were wonderful, but the lady in the morning was very rude! The people working in the kitchen were great, especially the gentleman making the omelette! He was fabulous! The hotel is dirty, the floors are sticky and it smells.
