Expensive even that the building is old and no free breakfast

First of all I booked this room in April, for 2 beds and a pull out couch. I get there to check in and I have no pull out couch in my room. I had to drop another $100 bucks and buy an air mattress. The room was extremely dirty, ants all over the place, no outlets to plug things in. I have tons of pictures to prove it. I will be requesting a full refund for this place. Do not stay here it is a complete dump. The ac barely worked in the room, air conditioner was extremely dirty. The sink in the little kitchen had more water pressure than the shower in the bathroom. You couldn’t even park in the parking lot provided because the spots were extremely tight. Highly recommend no one ever stay here absolutely assumed and disgusted of how it was. Do not book this place.

Loved the location. Directly on the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff were all super nice

The pictures you have on your web page are nothing like it looks. No 2 outdoor pools, pool area not what your web page looks like. Very old inside and out. Balcony’s almost look unsafe and very dirty. Hallways are narrow cannot have 2 people pass unless both stand sideways. Carpets are from 1950’s will not stay there again

I didn’t like that it was an extra $10 for a pull out couch each night when the room said to already have a pull out couch and it was not

The room was spacious. The view from balcony was great! The hotel was very close to the boardwalk and the beach was less crowded.

Very outdated and old. Everything needs remodeled. Pics on website should be considered fraudulent. Would never stay there again.

Great location and friendly staff!

Hotel looks nothing like any of the photos on line. Everything is very out dated. Rooms are very mildew smelling and a weird wet smell. Beds are not comfortable at all. When standing in the shower it sounds like you are going to fall right through it. Rust was all over the fridge in the room. Indoor pool was so cloudy you could barely see the bottom, and the hot tub look disgusting. Out door pool was nice, and being beach front was very nice.

The hotel was the worst that I have ever stayed at. The staff was great but the building was trash and the pool and spa was not cleaned, no exercise equipment in the gym.

The hotel don’t match the picture you have that I rented it from and it’s outdated to the point where it’s being tore down other than it was a good room. It just smelt musky need to change. It was dirty.

Check-in was great. The indoor and outdoor pools are fun! Jonah and the Whale has excellent food!

Ok hotel a bit run down

This property was beautiful online, but when I arrived, I had to check the address. It was outdated and filthy. The room was dirty and the couch was filthy. The bathroom was slightly moldy. Good thing I brought cleaning supplies, even after paying 500$ . The balcony was dirty with stained plexiglass and an old burnt end table. Kitchen stove and oven wasn’t clean. Only thing was great parking and excess to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment.

Good hotel. Good price. Parking was limited and difficult.

Everything is broken in this hotel do not stay there

If you are expecting a brand new hotel, most places in OC will disappoint..what i like most about this hotel was the staff,they were awesome. We had an issue with air, it was resolved. Need more blankets, got them. More coffee? Yes... and it was always with a smile and it felt genuine...

Well, if the rumor is true, it’s sold to a big coporation and will be re-built after this summer. Therefore, it makes senses that the hotel is very dated. However, the location is not bad. Few good restaurants are nearby, and boardwalk shuttles stop is next to it. Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. If you need a place with good location and price to stay in summer 2024, Flagship is not a bad option at all.

The first few days we incurred several unexpected issues. The maintenance staff did address the issues each day, and the issues were temporarily fixed because repairing our issues were unfortunately beyond their control. After I contacted the manager personally on day 3, the issues were finally resolved.

This place needs serious renovation, black mold in Rooms. There was hair and dust on my bed and a spider web on top of the towel. It was not cheap got in $800 plus Us for three nights. Worse night mare. Tv doesn't work. Coffee maker was dirty. Don't waste your money.

The staff was very nice but it was raining and my room started leaking, I don’t think it was worth the price I paid.

Property pictures and amenities were not as advertised. No gym, all equipment gone. Property was falling apart. Location was great for views and beach. Pool bar also was fantastic.

The hotel was okay, housekeeping was terrible - but comfortable beds and only saw 1 roach, hopefully it didn't follow me home. But I loved the indoor pool and the love music.

Very family friendly. Adults having access to pool 24hrs was a plus
