It was a wonderful experience! Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was present, helpful and very polite! Room had large screen tv and everything in the room worked well (refrigerator/microwave)! Breakfast had a really good variety too! Would stay here again!

The stay was fine overall. The pillows and mattress were not comfortable. The tv was too small to enjoy from the bed. The bathroom could use an upgrade. Other than these few items, the hotel was just fine.

Location very convenient. Staff were excellent; very nice and helpful.
Actual facility we saw was neat and clean. Breakfast was descent. The room itself was neat and clean, however, the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Tub didn’t drain while showering so it filled like a bath. Sink didn’t drain properly, pink mold was on the floor and back of the toilet seat. There appeared to be a smear of poop on the bathroom wall and during the night large ants were seen.

This property is very run down and should be immediately renovated or torn down.
The only pro about this hotel is it’s off the highway.

A roach was found in our room as well as blue advil liquid gel pills in the floor. We have small children and that just wasn’t okay.

Nice, clean, quiet (even on the 4th of July) place. Very friendly staff. Good free breakfast. My only piece of advice; get something for the bath tub. It was very slippery. Keep up the good work.

Decent room. The pool was under maintenance so we were not able to use it. Great breakfast. Staff were welcoming and very professional. Hotel a little dated. But for the price we paid, it was worth it.

10/10 recommend this place! Was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Easy to get too. The elevators were a little iffy but was fine. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Not putting 'blame' on the cleaning personnel ....but more on 'management' on what/how
instructed to clean---and the budget for cleaning products & updating the rooms.
There issue was the most unpleasant smell that filled the room----it appears that either the shower curtain (liner) needed proper cleaning (smelled terrible)----not just a swipe.
A contributing factor is there isn't a vent in the bathroom!--the mirror fogged up terrible & everything felt 'wet'.
It just felt uncomfortable in there. And I think that it spilled over into the sleeping area...
Just didn't like the entire stay--carpet, drapes, just everything seems 'tired' and damp....the paint on wall by headboard (chipped paint).
Frankly, I couldn't wait to sign out.
We will not be staying at a Fairfield Inn again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, beds were fairly comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The indoor pool was freezing but was quiet. I would definitely stay again!

The bed was ok. AC was a little too noisy. The hotel is aging and needs more updating. I expected better in a Fairfield Hotel...and for the price.

We arrived late, but the manager on duty was very cheerful and helpful. We left an early wake-up call, she made sure I got a cup of fresh coffee on my way out the door. I am sorry I do not know her name, but she was an absolute delight.

The facility seemed "sad", not sure how else to describe it. The staff was working and seemed nice. The front desk could not find our reservation at first but found it once he had my reservation number. The breakfast was basic, but presentable. The atmosphere was sad, it was not the normal feeling when I stay at other Fairfield's.

Carpet was very dirty. Sink was cracked. Front desk clerk was outstanding! The were no lights between the beds for reading and that was something I have never encountered at any motel/hotel.

Great location near I10 and just a short drive to downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent front-in service; but no housekeeping. The included breakfast was okay.
